So after I sent out this email I got a call probably 20 minutes later, we placed an order and I should have a shipping number today. The person that I spoke to also took down the information regarding the emergency line and is going to determine if there's a breakdown in the IVR somewhere because he said I should have got someone on the line when I went to the emergency section. While I'm happy that someone got back to me it's still frustrating that it took a mass email to get a call back in a reasonable time frame. I'm having some serious flashbacks to 2007 Powercode at the moment. Had a BMU die yesterday after we powered it off to move to a different rack. On boot it only gave two beeps and that's it. Phoned the Emergency line which went to some guy's voicemail, left 3 messages over a 5 hour period (7pm - 12am PST). No response. Phoned into support in the morning it took 30 minutes for the helpdesk guy to track down the asset with multiple times on hold.
