You can try Just Dile to find whether your center's number is with them.
You can search the number of your center's head branch and ask  them them
the details of a particular branch.  Even if you do not find center's
number, just take own scribe with valid proof.

Thanks Sanchit sir for solving my query. Yesterday I have searched on
Google phone number and email ID of my center but I didn't find any of
them. I only got direction. I am planning to take my own scribe. I am
not able to figure out from where can I get contact details of my
center.

It mean that your scribe shouldn't be from the same field in which you
are appearing the exam. For example, if you are appearing in
management, he/she shouldn't have done graduation in the same field.
However this is difficult too to understand the exact nature of the
qualification of the scribe. As the scribe has done BSC, but he/she is
pursuing MBA, and he is sitting for a candidate for the paper of
management on the basis of the rule, the scribe has not done
graduation in the same field in which he is appearing!

If you plan to take your own scribe for the exam, then you need to inform
your center at least one or two days prior to exam. If you want your center
to arrange the scribe, inform them at least one week in advance.

Carry a valid photo identity proof of your scribe. Some centers also ask
for current education status of the scribe. If possible, carry a proof of
that regard.

dear sister, here in kerala, we usually inform the institution in
which we are about to write the examination before one or two weeks
via email or written request with the enclosure of our disability
certificate and the copy of our admit card, to avail the assistance of
a scribe since you are visually impaired. you also need to do the
follow up through phone.

Hai. I am Sana here. I am appearing in November 2017 UGC NET exam.
Today I have got my admit card, but they havn't properly mentioned
guidelines for scribe. They have only mentioned that scribe should not
have done graduation in the same subject of candidate. They havn't
mentioned what documents of scribe are required and when to submit the
documents. Someone who have given NET earlier must have an idea about
this. I hope you will resolve my query. I will take my own scribe.
