they have always and consistently gone beyond the call of duty, no matter

This Award is special, and possibly more important than ever.

It is only given out when a BMC Remedy Employee has been
  nominated and voted
  on by the list,

  which doesn't happen every year.

Leonard Warren won twice, 5 years apart. He has an ongoing
  commitment not to
  just

educate us about the product, but to ensure that we learn what
  is needed to
  do our jobs,

and keep us up to date.

There are others that contribute in a similar manner, lets hear their
  stories too!

2007-09-17 Thread Watson, Benjamin A.
I second the nomination for Carrie Rodrieguez. She always exudes that
I'm never going to give up until this is resolved attitude.

Re: ADM: ARSlist Awards : BMCSoftware Remedy Employee Beyond the Call of Duty Award

2007-09-17 Thread arslist
While I appreciate your enthusiasm for receiving good service from BMC,

especially in light of all the comments on the list in the last few months
(or is it a year now?)

you need to limit your nomination to one person, sorry.

If there are this many people that seem to be going beyond the norm,

perhaps they are doing their job and others aren't? And perhaps support
isn't so bad after all?

(no swamping the founder with a swarm of nooos, I am aware of some pretty
bad examples

myself).

Please send nominations to [EMAIL PROTECTED] before 8pm EST today.

thanks . Daniel
