I'm still having trouble accessing voicemail with the SPA-2002's, here's what happens: SPA-2002 -- Executing VoiceMailMain("SIP/-0255", "") in new stack -- Playing 'vm-login' (language 'en') -- Playing 'vm-password' (language 'en') -- Incorrect password '' for user '' (context = any) -- Playing 'vm-incorrect-mailbox' (language 'en') But here's what happens (sucessfully) on the SPA-2000's (setup almost exactly the same way): SPA-2000 -- Executing VoiceMailMain("SIP/-2e14", "") in new stack -- Playing 'vm-password' (language 'en') -- Channel 0/1, span 1 got hangup request -- Hungup 'Zap/1-1' -- Playing 'vm-youhave' (language 'en') -- Playing 'vm-no' (language 'en') -- Playing 'vm-messages' (language 'en') -- Playing 'vm-opts' (language 'en') What do you think is our problem? Copy/paste the key sections of sip.conf (for this adapter), the extensions.conf section that is supposed to handle voicemail, and the definitions in voicemail.conf. Maybe we can spot the problem from that. ___ --Bandwidth and Colocation sponsored by Easynews.com -- Asterisk-Users mailing list Asterisk-Users@lists.digium.com http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users

That all looks very reasonable. I assume the entry in voicemail.conf is in the [local] section/context. Might double-check that. It's actually in the [remote] section, but the other Sipura 2000's that are also there work normal (able to check voicemail, send receive calls, etc.) Also, it seems to me that I seen some patches come through on the asterisk-cvs list involving vm and contexts. Look for a DTMF setting in the sipura webpage setup - it defaults to 'auto' but maybe u should try experimenting with 'inband' - this also goes hand-in-hand with the dtmfmode setting for each extension in sip.conf I tried changing the DTMF settings on the Sipura (Inband, Inband+INFO, AVT, INFO) still was not able to get into voicemail.
