I can now confirm that, at least on my end, the PC version now has all modes etc unlocked. Also, contrary to what one guide I read says, you dont have to have completed tutorial to unlock story mode - just click it and itll work.I have completed story and Ill say nothing more about it to avoid spoilers.The PC version has an interesting audio glitch, whereby nvda and such fade in as theyre speaking the first words of a sentence or similar. This is very problematic when youre trying to read a guide for moves etc on the same PC that the games running on.As for how the game runs, it runs very well on this end. Its not quite as fluid as the console version, but Id say its pretty close.

A few points here.First, players cannot delete or modify each others objects or rooms without wizard permissions. Also, to make someone automatically a builder at creation, do ;$player_class = $builderAutomatically giving programmer status is more complicated, since they not only have to be a $prog, but also have their .programmer flag set. There is doubtless code around the net for a verb to automatically give someone a programmer bit. During the time when MOOs were very popular, common practice was to require the player to have set a gender and a description before granting a programmer bit. This was to show that the player had at least a basic understanding of how the MOO works, etc.

I have to admit, the game baffles me a bit. When I try to create a new character, I seem to have the unpleasant experience of exploding about once every 5 minutes. At least, thats what it sounds like.Also, is there a reason I cant move more than 2 or 3 steps in a row without toppling over?

Well, glad people have been enjoying it. Looks like I will have to wait until I get home next week to play the game... since the download wont finish on my laptop before I leave. So far the only gripes I have about the game from everything Ive heard are still the QTEs changing the scene even if its only a few animations, sine I want to watch the outcomes without having to go through them on youtube. And region locking the game, especially in this generation, is stupid. Fighting games are the one genre of game that should not be region locked... and the odds of them fixing that and the sound levels are slim to none, since to NRS those arent big issues that warrant attention. Looking forward to playing though, just bummed out that I have to wait.

Hi all,I have just created an account on the Netflix network, curious about its new Dare Debil series whitch includes audio description.Acording with some reads, neflix app for Ios is accessible, more or less, but unfortunately I cannot use it cause I have to access netflix through a VPN de some international restrictions.Does someone use a web brouser to watch content on netflix? I cannot figure out how to do some things as choosing a chapter (by default, it starts playback from the first one), change subtittles or audio track (for example, to turn audio description on) etc.Any tips?At least, I can read subtittles in real time of some shows (watching anime its amazing this way) on google chrome, but not in FIrefox... On the other hand, using firefox NVDA reads some kind of menus for volume, chapers etc, but I dont know how to interact with those menus...Any help would be apreciated!Regards,Alan

I happen to agree with the last person who just now wrote in terms of making the map more accessible. I cant really complete a job persay because of that issue alone but if u take a look at titles such as star traders and age of impire, u can see how they actually got talk back to be more accessible with map and directions persay. by the way, any info on when u feel and or believe the sequal will be released? what ever u do, please dont stop support for this title. its a grate one and when all is hopefully fixed in terms of map eing accessible, I will by the gold version or in exact terms, adds free version.

About Netflix accessibility

Hi all,I have just created an account on the Netflix network, curious about its new Dare Debil series whitch includes audio description.Acording with some reads, netflix app for iOs is accessible, more or less, but unfortunately I cannot use it cause I have to access netflix through a VPN due some international restrictions.Does someone use a web brouser to watch content on netflix? I cannot figure out how to do some things as choosing a chapter (by default, it starts playback from the first one), change subtittles or audio track (for example, to turn audio description on) etc.Any tips?At least, I can read subtittles in real time of some shows (watching anime its amazing this way) on google chrome, but not in Firefox... On the other hand, using firefox NVDA reads some kind of menus for volume, chapers etc, but I dont know how to interact with those menus...Any help would be apreciated!Regards,Alan

Another resting mode could be that of erric the clerric, or paliden, or BK1, you get the point. Of course, there are no beds in a dundgen, however, grass or sand on the dundgen flore could pass as a bed. Ah yes, resting on a pile of trass, thats what people could use as beds! Lol! Nah but really, what do you think about that resting methed. I know that wounds kind of crazy, but I have to admit, so am I. Lol.

Hi.@Dark, I know what modding is I only suggested a mod creator on iOs to get around apples annoying restrictions.@Dingo, your probably right iOs versions wouldnt be able to be modable easily. But with android you could mod no problem since android has none of apples restrictions. The only problem with android is you would have to modify the modding system to account for the touch screen. Other than that with those three operating systems after you write up entombed its smoothe sailing.

Garrett actually reminded me of something that bears consideration. In the old video game The Immortal, widely regarded as one of the most difficult games ever since most of the enemies and traps could kill you instantly if they touched you, each level had a straw bed that you could rest in to restore yourself to max. The catch was that you could use it only once. Mabe asimilar mechanic couldbe used in Entombed, where you might have a few safe resting spots in each level where you would never be attacked while you were resting, the catch being that you might only be able to use each a few times. The youcould stillahve the ability to rest wherever, though of course with the knowledge that you might suddenly be attacked before your rest was complete.

Hi SneakIf you open Text to speech configuration in control panel (how exactly you get there, depends on windows), there should be an Advanced button. If you press that one, you will be able to specify the device through wich sapi should speak.

Terminator, the answer is no. To everyone else, I have completely been rewriting the admin system. Now, it is complete, and will now take form. The older admins have now been purged, and the new admin listing will now begin. Heres how this all works.*Builders: They can only build on the map.*Administrators: They can kick people, and build, get some other info. They can however, not ban or unban people.*Chief Moderators: They can do basically everything that the older admins could do, but you wont see too many of those.Someone with a rank will be shown as that rank when checking online players, for example, Chief Moderator mason (masonasons) level 440, builder random_player level 95. The nicknames are protected so these rank names cannot be used as nicknames, so no confusion with that. Hope this helps lots.

try this: go to the folder options dialog. Then go to the view tab and look for the tree view and check those options. Next, go to the nvda menu, right arrow on preferences, go to object presentation and check the report tooltips box. If its not under object presentation, look for it under document formatting. Hope this helps.

Slightly off topic, and I know Im flooding this topic a little... but can someone give me a quick refresher on how to use steam accessibly? Does the steam guide in the articles room still apply? And one more then... I am currently trying to add a credit card to my steam account. Yet I cant seem to enter my security code... for visa cards it only gives me an edit field for the card number and expiration, yet it says all three are required. People in STW killed you because:1. You have a good stuff like weapon and ect.2. Because if they killed you,and if you die, they leave your corpse there, and you see useful stuff is gone.like Rockgun, Revolvers, maps, bullets, and lots of item , that you normally cant get in the game, only in events. And they wanted those thing, So they uses there advantage to killed you guy, like Vlad, maks or known as Makxim.Because those people got Banned from Death Match a new beginning (DMNB), or get sent to jail, And they uses Survive The Wiled (STW) to avenge whatever people is in there.

I will just say that Flux is most definitely an interesting place. It is not a linear experience, you can pretty much do what you wantwhen you want, some exceptions might be the initial quests as you cannot progress through them out of sequence. I am happy to explain to new players if they need my help but i wont give information that would spoil things for anyone. I would also be able to take you around for a very small fee, but I encourage you to explore, as that is most rewarding. Infact, I just stoped playing today because I got tired of people think it was ultrapower, doing anything they could to make sure I was dead and they could have all my items. It is not a linear experience, you can pretty much do what you wantwhen you want, some exceptions might be the initial quests as you cannot progress through them out of sequence. New characters, some new mechanics, the fact that there is now a variation system for different characters, and faktions which arent actually accessible and dont have any real impact. No more challenge tower, and no accessibility mode. Stage interactibles are also present in this game, but less than in Injustice. Thats more or less it. The new characters are probably the biggest thing besides the story though.

Hi all,I dont know if anyone still plays this thing anymore, I highly doubt it! But anyway, Ive been trying to get it to work for the arcade soon, but Im getting various errors.What I mean is the following. When I first installed clasic troopanum, AVG told me that the EXE of the game itself (not the installer), was a threat. I told AVG to ignore it, and continued on with my happy life. When going to play the game, however, I get the same alert from AVG, as well as the following:C:\Program Files (x86)\Classic Troopanum\troop.exe Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.Ive tried running in administrator, with the same result. I also installed the 1.6 patch thinggy, which seemed to fix nothing, at least in regards to this problem.Any ideas? Anything would be appreciated!

@cjThe guide is currently in the articles room if you want to take a look.I must say Im pleased with the netcode - everything Ive played online thus far feels smooth and about as fluid as the offline game.The UI is rather strange in terms of the levels of some of the sounds - things are quiet sometimes, other times things that probably should make a sound dont seem to etc... Just one of those odd quirks that could be patched if its a problem.

Having now played the game, I can safely say Im impressed. Theres tiny little details thatif you dont know theyre there you wont notice them - different attack grunts during x-rays for example.Story is also worth playing - havent completed it yet but hope to get that done soon. I actually played online as well. I got hit by guys basically using the overpowered uppercuts to their advantage, but once I played as sub-zero things started to get interesting. I actually managed to pull off an online fatality as well, which I really wasnt expecting.The guide Im working on has been updated with a transcription of tutorial, Ill try and clean up the spellings and things later if I can. If there are any glaring errors let me know - I know I switch notation several times, but it shouldnt be too hard to understand.For those who got the imported edition from Amazon, theres no Gor
 o and no kombat pack, which I must say even though I was kind of expecting it, still annoyed me - I preordered the game like you said, Netherrealm...Just waiting for my PC copy to finish downloading - they dont give you a disk with everything on it... Rather strange considering they could probably do that if they wanted to.The QTEs dont seem to have an effect on the next fight or anything, just on the outcome of the scene - who comes out the worse for ware in the cutscene really.Was annoyed to see that there was no accessibility mode as had previously been speculated, but Im guessing that could just be patched in.Overall, well done NRS, apart from a botched PC launch youve done well with the game itself, Id say.

@Bryan, being attacked during resting is a point, though for some reason that never bothered me in Entombed 1. @Jason, as I said Im a fan of the winning streak idea, because it both encourages calculated risk as you said, and also means there are always new things to achieve in the game, plus it would be interesting to have the possibility of acquiring better quality items at lower levels. As regards the number row, personally I always used the number row for body part targeting rather than the numbpad. This is sort of generally a thing with me, sinse I learnt computing mostly on laptops, and even on a desktop usually have all of the supernova speech commands on the numbpad so dont really use it in programs, but its just a preference.One other thing to consider, especially if the how far can the player go without wussing out and returning to town for a complete heal type of mechanic is used, is what part town plays in the game. The entombed one economy got a little crazy, even the most awsome splendid enchanted steel items wouldnt fetch much either in town or in the shops in the dungeon, but then the town shop would rarely have anything useful, heck even healing or mana potions were ten a penny, though if (as I hope), more status effects and potions to cure them get added to the game this could change because then consumables could be more necessary. One system I rather liked is that in Anband. there are 6 basic shops such as the armourer and blacksmith, the general store selling food and torches (sinse both light and food are things in that game), a mages supply shop, a temple and an alchemist selling potions, but then there was the black market. as you went down the dungeon, each of the six shops would have items approximately your level, the same sort of thing you could find on your current floor. The black market however was a wild card and could have either far bet
 ter or far worse items, however at ten times the price. Angband also has a rather nice option, that you can either cart stuff up to the surface to sell, (a dicy proposition given Angbands limited inventory space), or use the nosell option which makes it impossible to sell to shops, but vastly increases the amount of gold you loot from enemies, find in chests or can dig out of mineral semes in the wall. Im not sure what would be good for entombed, but I do like the idea both of the black market as a way of getting other stuff, and I admit I do like the option to simply find treasure in the dungeon rather than carting a truck load of enemy weapons around to sell. Btw, what do people think about light? I know Entombed one didnt have a light source in the game, but it always did strike me as a bit odd, and if were talking in terms of abilities to find secret doors, look out for traps in the dungeon and distinguish things that are 
 hidden maybe light should be considered as needed, at least for some races (sinse most humans dont do well at finding things in the dark without the practice some people have), actually thinking about it having most races either need light or need to see in the dark but then having some classes have a blind search ability which meant they could get on without could be sort of amusing and again, mean more environmental interaction. Oh yes and if you couldnt tell Im very! excited about this game .
