need help from someone who knows their way around computer issues

okay so here's the scoopas of recently, I'm not sure when exactly but my computer's started to slow down more and moreI haven't been doing much, but when I go into task manager and look at my CPU usage? 100 percent, high 90ssvchost.exe is also causing issues, accounting for over 30 percent of the usage and over a million K as far as memory is concernedI am currently running a virus scan, but its proceeding very slowly as I'm sure you can imaginecan someone help me out to try and get this going down a little bit before this thing just breaks entirely?it may or may not also be a hardware issue, this computer is not new in any sense by this point

Exactly how old is the machine? If 75% of the drive's free, the recycle bin's empty, the only other thing I'd suggest is clearing your browser cache as that can really accumulate big-time. Remember when you shut down your computer to restart it to give the drive 30 seconds to spin down. This, is why I recommend ssd's instead, your computer will thank you for it. A hard disk drive is naturally gonna be slower than a solid state drive.

Hello, Thank you guys for all your suggestions. I would agree with Post 5 in the fact that the current content is quite random. The main reason I created this server is to host the autobuild scripts and the access stick files. As for setup, I am literally running this server off of an HP Probook 4540s in my bedroom, connected over wireless with about 1.1m upload, running Arch Linux. The reason that I am not hosting these files on any third-party servers are that 1: I need instant access to update the files should dependencies change, and 2: that I would rather host my content and secure it with my own security, such as login counters, automatic incremental backups, and OTP for access to the system, rather than rely on a vendor's claimed security. The only reason that I use ddns is that rebuilding the isos every time my IP changes is quite a pain, not to mention implementing some type of update checking for the autobuild and access stick installer scripts, which would require 
 a constantly up server anyway. I used to host most of the content currently provided on my self-hosted http server on a cloud storage service, hardcoding the public links in the scripts at build time, but that got all screwed up when I went to build a system and found out that the service had removed my public links, and when I manually downloaded the files using the installation environment, from their server, they were a month old. In terms of purchasing a domain name, in relation to the house analogy, isn't that, in a way, what I am doing in this case? Although I have to use webvisum every 30 days to renew the domain name through ddns, and update it on my end should my external IP change, my family switches ISPS or something similar, are there any other issues that I should be aware of? @Post2: The way I am placing files on my server is like this: su -c "cp file /srv/http ; chown -R http:http /srv/http". If you are looking for an ftp client, check out filezilla, wh
 ich can be found on sourceforge(make sure you either download the zip file or read the installer carefully as it does try to get you to install crapware!). If you are on linux, the mate and gnome file managers(nautilus and caja, respectively), have built-in support for ftp and sftp through the gvfs userspace utilities, allowing you to, for example, save a document file from a bootable USB right to your home system if you set ssh up correctly. I believe that osx has support for ftp and smb, but not ssh, although I could be wrong, through an option called connect to server in the finder menu. hth

I'd empty your resycle bin, make sure there's not many things on your desk top, and try to clear up your computer. Try removing programs you aren't using, and back up files on an exturnal hardrive or flash drive. Also try a virous scan just encase.

I think there has been a spike in the levels of immaturity on this forum recently. God only knows why, but I do agree that it's pretty disheartening if you take it too seriously. On the other hand, to answer a question that was posed about why people keep responding to forum topics that are nothing but pointless drama, it's probably because nobody actually wants to see these kinds of topics die, just as most people will slow down and crane their necks to observe the destruction and carnage they can see if they encounter a car accident. Hello, For games that need you to turn off talkback to play, do the following before you start the game: 1: open the talkback global context menu by swiping down and right in a single motion until you hear the sound of a butt gun. 2: Swipe up and right until you hear talkback settings, then release your finger from the screen. 3: When you explore until you hear "talkback suspend and resume shortcut, long press volume keys to suspend, Make sure that option is checked. 4 Open your game, and long press both volume keys. So, after not playing sryth for upwards of a year, I decided to play again. Much to my shock and horror, my account had been deleted. I had been AG for years, so this never should've happened. I've had this account for 11 years now, and dropped probably at least $500 into the game over the years. I emailed the GM but not expecting anything really. I am beyond depressed right now.

25-3 completed. [[wow]]. I guess the stage itself isn't hard with the enemies, just very long. especially waiting for that helicopter to almost land without dropping a pod, and timing the lifts / blades in that one door. the enemies aren't terrible, like the mud killer and the insect. It's a doable stage. in the last part, you re-arange the disks by shooting two of them and having them swap. you have to arrange them into a value written on a piece of paper that the mud killer gives you from one of the doors on the stage, as assault_freak said. Here's my rundown, it's good if people want to know.spoilersThe level could be worse. In short, go past lord dragon by just running with a speed drink to the end of the stage, jumping over him. next, jump at gap 9, 0. to land at 12, 50. wait for lift. leave lift right as it's above height 48. grab all of the items from the platform. let yourself drop on the r
 ight to height 22,30. Now, grab lift that'll appear, take it to height 90 (to land on that platform, again, go above 90 a bit.) flip switch at 33, 90. walk back to 25, but don't land yet, it'll cause runtime errors if you do. wait for the lift sensor to make its sound and then drop onto the lift. take it up to past 90 again, but this time walk off to the left. At this point I sometimes used a blue light (it took me 8 tries to beat this level!), which will keep healing you. You don't have to, but the moment you flip the switch, the rockets will start coming. you can jump up to avoid them.Now, go back to the lift (which will be to your right at 24, 90.) Take it to a little above 50, like 55. Land there. At this point I go right to drop completely to the bottom of the ground, but this sometimes leads to death although you'll just not die because of the protection ring you picked up from that 45 platform. You can take an elevator at height 34, 50 if 
 you jump over to it, but that has a danger because there's a  blade at 34,100 so you'll hit it if you aren't careful while on that 34 lift.So anyway. you're at 0. Open the door. You'll find an insect. Kill it with the hammer or powerful weapon. After that, another door will spawn. The area has to be completely empty for a door to appear.Open that door. Next is the mud killer. This one's harder. Be sure to use speed drinks and jump away from him or he'll build a wall around you. Use cats if you want, they'll beat the thing up, but it's not a hard enemy anyway.Go through door there, after grabbing paper. You'll come to a room with only blades. That's right. only blades. go through it by using a speed drink but not too fast! Be sure to not stand where one blade is at. just run through it when the blades are silent and you'll be fine. Next door, you have a level with one giant lift and blades arrang
 ed on platforms. you need to go to position 7, 50 when you first enter it. You'll land on the elevator which will take you up, up up and away. You can dodge the blades by moving around on the lift (from  5 to 9.), or you can do what I did and be lazy, stay at position 5 but use your shield and just let them whack you while you are holding down arrow. That's the lazy man's way.At about position 7, 830, you'll want to move to the 9th position (9, 830.) This is because the door is at 9, 980. Do not let go of your shield until you pass the blade there at 9, 950 I believe. You have to time this one and jump off the lift right as you are at like 9, 987 with it. it'll land you near the door.You open that door. Next is the helicopter. Same as from stage 23-4 I believe. (or 24-4?) It'll drop the pods if you aren't careful and let it land, so again, I whacked it with hammer every time it was close to landing and it did 10% damage each time. 
 Keep in mind that it'll throw missiles when you're super close to it, but actually that's good because you need to be near it as it's landing so you can hit it. Takes 5-10 minutes to kill that thing, and remember you have 3 protection rings so even if a pod grabs you, you'll respawn... Provided you killed it, otherwise it'll pick you up again and drop you to your death. Be careful with the copter.After that's dead, go to the next door. It'll be bombers, 3 or 4 of them. they're not hard to kill, but there are ladders you have to climb down on to get to them. they throw missiles too so again, speed drink and run it when they do.Once they're gone you need to use the warp platforms to get to the position 0 point, where the door is. Honestly? I used cats who put holes through the walls for me and I landed that way. Hahaha. What a bad way to cheat the level.Next door is the disks. swap them based on the code that the mud 
 killer gave you on paper. Shoot at one with a short-range weapon (like my lovely hammer.) Shoot one and then a second one to have them swap. THe number you want is 6328175904 I believe but you can read the paper again.

critikview, when you get attacked by a bear, simply run into one direction and never stop untill the attack noise stops. Get a safe distance away, then eether run away or face it so you can kill it. For a fishing net, you need 8000 Grass. Make 320 strings out of that, and then keep combining those strings untill you get a bunch of tied strings, combien those into heavally tied strings, then combine them into woaven strings. And then, combine those into heavally woaven strings, and combine the 2 heavally woaven strings you should have into a broken net. Now make a frame, and combine the frame and the broken net.

No, you don't get three of them... you only get one recover ring per run, unless you can beat that stage without dying. But then, you'd have to do it all again just to get another... it isn't worth the time. And stocking up is kind of the point... that's why the game warns you that all the stages will be locked once you past a certain point.

25-3 completed. [[wow]]. I guess the stage itself isn't hard with the enemies, just very long. especially waiting for that helicopter to almost land without dropping a pod, and timing the lifts / blades in that one door. the enemies aren't terrible, like the mud killer and the insect. It's a doable stage. in the last part, you re-arange the disks by shooting two of them and having them swap. you have to arrange them into a value written on a piece of paper that the mud killer gives you from one of the doors on the stage, as assault_freak said. Here's my rundown, it's good if people want to know. Could someone confirm if I have the right order with the helicopter part / the platformed blades? That's the only part I'm not too sure on. I might have swapped it during all this disk swapping! ha!spoilersThe level could be worse. In short, go past lord dragon by just running with a speed drink to the
  end of the stage, jumping over him. next, jump at gap 9, 0. to land at 12, 50. wait for lift. leave lift right as it's above height 48. grab all of the items from the platform. let yourself drop on the right to height 22,30. Now, grab lift that'll appear, take it to height 90 (to land on that platform, again, go above 90 a bit.) flip switch at 33, 90. walk back to 25, but don't land yet, it'll cause runtime errors if you do. wait for the lift sensor to make its sound and then drop onto the lift. take it up to past 90 again, but this time walk off to the left. At this point I sometimes used a blue light (it took me 8 tries to beat this level!), which will keep healing you. You don't have to, but the moment you flip the switch, the rockets will start coming. you can jump up to avoid them.Now, go back to the lift (which will be to your right at 24, 90.) Take it to a little above 50, like 55. Land there. At this point I go right to drop completely t
 o the bottom of the ground, but this sometimes leads to death although you'll just not die because of the protection ring you picked up from that 45 platform. You can take an elevator at height 34, 50 if you jump over to it, but that has a danger because there's a  blade at 34,100 so you'll hit it if you aren't careful while on that 34 lift.So anyway. you're at 0. Open the door. You'll find an insect. Kill it with the hammer or powerful weapon. After that, another door will spawn. The area has to be completely empty for a door to appear.Open that door. Next is the mud killer. This one's harder. Be sure to use speed drinks and jump away from him or he'll build a wall around you. Use cats if you want, they'll beat the thing up, but it's not a hard enemy anyway.Go through door there, after grabbing paper. You'll come to a room with only blades. That's right. only blades. go through it by using a speed dr
 ink but not too fast! Be sure to not stand where one blade is at. just run through it when the blades are silent and you'll be fine. You open that door. Next is the helicopter. Same as from stage 23-4 I believe. (or 24-4?) It'll drop the pods if you aren't careful and let it land, so again, I whacked it with hammer every time it was close to landing and it did 10% damage each time. Keep in mind that it'll throw missiles when you're super close to it, but actually that's good because you need to be near it as it's landing so you can hit it. Takes 5-10 minutes to kill that thing, and remember you have 3 protection rings so even if a pod grabs you, you'll respawn... Provided you killed it, otherwise it'll pick you up again and drop you to your death. Be careful with the copter.Next door, you have a level with one giant lift and blades arranged on platforms. you need to go to position 7, 50 when you first enter it. You'll lan
 d on the elevator which will take you up, up up and away. You can dodge the blades by moving around on the lift (from  5 to 9.), or you can do what I did and be lazy, stay at position 5 but use your shield and just let them whack you while you are holding down arrow. That's the lazy man's way.At about position 7, 830, you'll want to move to the 9th position (9, 830.) This is because the door is at 9, 980. Do not let go of your shield until you pass the blade there at 9, 950 I believe. You have to time this one and jump off the lift right as you are at like 9, 987 with it. it'll land you near the door.After that's dead, go to the next door. It'll be bombers, 3 or 4 of them. they're not hard to kill, but there are ladders you have to climb down on to get to them. they throw missiles too so again, speed drink and run it when they do.Once they're gone you need to use the warp platforms to get to the position 0 point, where t

the only thing I'm confused on is how you managed to hold on to the recover rings, you only get one of them per runas for the mud killer, helicopter, lift blades and bomber pods, wellspoilersaheadmud killer: the non-cheating way is just to wack at it with the super buster blade while it's on the ground, megaton hammer if its flying... just watch for its rock fall attacksthe helicopter you really just have to wait for it to land, let it load its guns and hit it while its firing, just time your jumpsyou can get like 4 or 5 hits in that way if you're quick enoughthe lift, what you're supposed to do I believe is to weave in and out of the blades at the 5 positions, it's not actually all that bad until the last little bitthe bomber pods there are a few different ways, you can either play flying ladder grab and snipe, purposely get zapped and use up a lot of healing items, or take the ladders down and use the magic
  hook to get back up one level at a time

Yeah, I thought you pick up three of them to begin with on the platform?I'm not sure though. It was my luck because there were a few times I messed up. Now that I'm on 25-4, I no longer have those items.I'm kind of regreting not having that super buster blade. Which shop was it in? Hopefully I can beat the game with the 7000 hammer, mega shooters and a few other weapons I have. I guess there's a point to not being able to go back to shops or other levels while you're on the last stage... It's a bit worrying because you really have to stock up before you do anything, and I can totally see someone never completing the game because they had too little potions / etc. Lucky for me I have plenty of healing items and some semi-decent weaponry. I hear the last two stages are hard...

So, I'm sort of stumped on this one. Imagine you have a grid. Any particular grid will do. It could be a 3 by 3, a 7 by 7, or a 10 by 10. I recommend it being quite a large sized board. Anyways, you have a particular point of focus on this board. Let's say you have a 10 by 10 board. Your point of focus is the coordinate (4, 6). Let's imagine that this useless, pointless (no pun intended) space has a classification of orange. I'm trying to create a function that will check the surrounding coordinates in order to check whether or not they are also classified as orange. If so, then the surrounding coordinates for those coordinates should be checked, and so on. The end goal is to retrieve a list of all of the coordinates that are connected to (4, 6) that are also orange. I hope I make sense. My example may have just confused someone I'm sure. To make a long explanation short, I am aiming for a Bubble Shooter type system. Any thoughts? All attempts that I have 
 made towards accomplishing this goal have ended quite badly. So, when all else fails...

Thanks for an interesting reply. I thought about a pc long time ago, but I think it's a bit extreme to hook up a pc as my media center or surround receiver. I don't think I can hook up my ps3 or ps4 to a pc regarding to the audio, and speakers needs to be hooked up to something as well, so I'm not sure on how to set it all up, if a receiver is a pc. What are you using for a surround system?Well, like I wrote in the first post, I have read a lot about the Bose surround receivers. Those receivers are really awesome and they have so many cool features. But all those features can't be there without having a graphical interface. I got that confirmed by a great review I found on Youtube, where a guy demonstrated the graphical interface and some of the settings etc.So, I started to read about Sonos. Combining the Sonos speakers, you can get a surround system. People are saying that this system is extremely expensive, but it sounds really great and the app 
 is awesome. The thing which madders most for me is that the system is fully accessible, both regarding to setting it up, configureing, the settings and of corse the generel usage of the system.However, the system is quite limited. This is only a speaker system and nothing more. That means I can't hook up my Playstations or anything else to the system. The soundbar can only connect using an optical digital cable, which plugs into the tv. That means the tv needs to handle all the connections, which will work for me, depending on how I do it. I don't mind switching cables, because I have a lot of equipments.The only real issue is getting surround from my new Apple tv 4. gen. My tv doesn't handle surround sound through the optical output when I connect the apple tv or other devices to the HDMI port. This is very annoying and I got really disappointed then I figured this out some weeks ago. Even newer tvs doesn't support this. So Apple need people to hook 
 up the Apple tv to a surround receiver via HDMI so the receiver handles the audio, and transmits the picture to the tv.But... I have maybe found a work around. You can get adapters so the audio can be hooked up using an optical toslink cable like on the 3. gen Apple tv. If I choose the Sonos system, I need a work around like this.If I need to hook up things via an analog audio cable, I can do that using one of the speakers on the Sonos system.If I need to hook up my computer, I can do that using the optical toslink cable or using Airplay through my Apple tv which I'm mostly doing.So, in other words: If I choose Sonos, I'll get a very expensive speaker system with some limits, but I'll get a fully accessible system which I can manage on my own.Tomorrow I'll check out a Sonos speaker to have a look at the apps interface, check out the settings etc to get a feeling about what it can do.Regarding to smart tvs, the Apple tv can do w

My hope started to went down a month after the actual release month has ended. My hope was totally down then the demo of Gryff got released, Jyro said the game was finnished and has been for long time but just a few things needed to be done. But, nothing is send to those who had preordered the game. Jyro have replied privately to someone here on the forum that Gryff would be released before christmas. It is all going in circles, excuses are being posted and new things are being announced to keep making people excited. Jyro is replying to people privately also to make them excited, but what do we get? Well, I'll let you others answer this question. That's the reason for I don't care about those games anymore. I won't spend my time on trying to get my money back. I preordered something which is not released yet. No one forced me to do it. All my money are thrown out of the window until the games are being released, if, they are going to be released. I'm just
  glad they don't cost more money.

if you like beat-em-ups than you can also try samurai warriors 4 and the sequel, samurai warriors 4-II.the game is 100 percent playable, it has a partner switching system which let the ai move on to the next checkpoint, so what you do is just kill the enemies.

Looking for sound design and story writer

I'm looking for someone who's talented with sound design. You'd be responsible for creating quality sounds for monsters, items, room ambiances etc. I'm also looking for a story writer, someone who can come up with a good plot, and set goals for the player to accomplish in order to further the story line. I have a basic engine up an running that is highly customizable on my end, so I can pretty much come up with anything as far as an FPS goes. I'd like to take a step away from the zombie genre as I feel that has already been covered, and step into the relmn of fantasy as I haven't seen many of those around lately. @SLJ: Yes, you can. The audio track with the description appears just like all the other language tracks in the audio menu. It will say "English, AD" or something like that.But you always have to choose it manually. The app won't save your settings.

I use virtual machines, a lot. The problem that I come across,  every time, is that with Bryan Smart's windows installer, it doesn't keep NVDA after installing windows. I know that it isn't supposed to, but I almost always have to waist 15 minutes trying to fiddle around with Narrator to get NVDA, and then when I do get it, the stupid User account control causes it to error, and I can't turn it off  unless I use narrator, because NVDA won't read that screen, during the installer, because it's not set to. Do any of you guys have an iso file that will install windows, and keep NVDA on after installation, because I am still on XP, because of the foremintioned reasons. And, @ethin, Windows xp, starts up faster than any other version of windows, it requires less memory, is less laggy, and is less of a pain to set up. I guess I could just upgrade my xp vm to vista, then 7, but I don't have a vista installer, and I wouldn't get speech aft
 er it restarts, so I wouldn't know what it's doing, because you can't use narrator in installation, then after I did that, I'd have to buy a vista product key. No thanks. I already have a 7 product key and I don't want to spend 200 bucks on an OS that I'm only going to use to upgrade to another OS, because of the idiots at microsoft not  letting you upgrade from xp to 7, without wiping your drive or going to vista first. I will lose everything, if I make a new vm, but I have it all backed up, now if I could get an iso that has NVDA during setup and  afterward, I will be ok.

Orin, I completed the Learn Python the Hard Way tutorial as a novice back in September.  since then I have uninstalled 2.7 and installed Python 3.4, partly for Accessible Output2, and partly for an easier time with Pyinstaller.  Using Python 3 with the LPHW tutorial should work fine, just replace any print statements with the print function.  I.e. print "Hello World" will become print("Hello World"), Python 3 being almost identical with Python 2.7.  If any wobbly's are thrown, google it, after a while you might want to read up on the differences between 2.7 and 3, but would suggest just getting stuck in.  You can of course instal both 2.7 and 3 but I use the Powershell command line and easily confuse myself.  Whether you choose 2.7 or 3 you are not stuck.  The next tutorial I worked through was Invent With Python, in order to learn Pygame.  This is written for Python 3, but I easily completed this with 2.7.  Tim
 e to choose?  go with Python 3.4 and do both tutorials.  Sadly Pygame does not yet support the latest Python 3.5, but 3.4 works with Pygame and also works a treat with Accessible output2 for speech and Pyinstaller for compilation and distribution.  Thoroughly recommend, during installation, choosing instal Python for all users, as this helps with command line paths and easy future installation of modules.  Rambling over, hope the little I know helps folks on the same trail.

@ns-studios, I find your post (post 56) highly illogical and stupid. Ultra Power shouldn't even be around any more. It's dead, alright? You don't have to come in, guns blazing, and yell at the dev of UP to change his sounds ASAP. You can't do much about it, anyways. UP is non-commertial, so you can't sue roelvdwal or the developer of this version of the game for anything, since He's gaining nothing from it. Hi all!I certainly can. Give me a few hours and I'll upload a zip file with all of this. I'm also going to record another one using a mod that makes the game as realistic as in real life. Cars drive the same way as their real life counterparts, police reacts more realistically, more random events happen, new sounds, etc. If you don't have this game and have a great pc, you're missing out big time. If you only have either an xbox 360 or a ps3, don't bother. But the next gen version which is the pc, xbox 1 or ps4 versions are worth it.

Some of them could be the same. I'm looking for a way to identify if, given a coordinate, there are surrounding coordenates with the same id, and, if possible, surrounding coordinates to those surrounding coordinates, and so on.

I came across exactly this Jaws arrow key hook problem on my first Pygame game in October.  As a newbie I just put in alternatives such as a, d, w, x.  It's nice to get this explanation, and great to see a fix in production.  I play swamp with Jaws and used to play sound rts with jaws, I had no issues with any of the menus, but now I wonder why not.

What your looking for is similar to a Flood Fill Algorithm, which coincidentally i've been working on recently for a project. So here's an example in python:def gridcheck(self, grid, start_x, start_y):

Meh, I keep failing on 25-3. Always at that part with those bomber pods and the metal ladders. I managed to destroy the pods, but when I tried to get up to the warp panel - since I already was at height 0, the hook kept letting me up too far left, so that when I stepped right to try to press the switch, I fell down, didn't die though, since it wasn't a deep fall anyway. After that, I tried going up a little further, because I thought maybe I could jump the panel from mid air, so while flying, I pressed enter. Apparently the game didn't like that too much though since it crashed and closed. Amazing! Now I gotta do this thing the hundredth time - nah wasn't that much but I lost count.Finally reporting a bug: If you use a speed drink, life booster, and probably anything else as well but have only tried those two, and die, but have a recover ring that protects you from dying, any strategy item you use on yourself will still have an effect on you, even after 
 the time the item is supposed to last for has passed, until you either die or beat the level - actually I'm not too sure on the latter, since I'm still stuck in 25-3.

moderation!First off I'd like everyone to go read the site and forum faq thread, located in the site and forum feedback section and specifically, guideline number thirteen.Second off, I've not closed or deleted the topic simply because it's sometimes hard to know when to step in: as a moderator, if I step in too early, I don't give people a chance to resolve any situation. Trust me, sometimes it's so tempting to close topics but I always think about member rights and not scaring people off if I can help it. The thing I always do though, is keep watch on these topics. If you look at how this topic is going now, the subject has moved on, and it's this subject I'd now like to talk about.I think the immaturity factor is a very interesting point. Perhaps it's because in a way we're an isolated community that the immaturity reaches more of us even more quicker. One thing I've definitely noticed though is that we're
  no where near as direct as the sighted. We don't just say "oh hay this thing sucks", we always seem to give reasons. I've not known a single member on this forum to suddenly say a point without giving a reason for it, which is definitely a good thing, although sometimes the reasons can be a little odd, but at least points are always backed up for the most part.

How in the world did you manage to hold onto recover rings like that if you haven't finished the stage yet?The discs are all numbered, use the object locator to find out how. The idea is to rearrange the discs into the number that you found on the piece of paper from the mud killer. Use a very weak weapon that only hits one thing at a time. Then, hit one of the discs, whichever one you like... then hit a second disc at any given position, and those discs will swap places. Repeat this until you get the number. there is no one particular strategy to this... since the discs are random every time you play.

Ok, ok, It's time to stop the drama.I respect the opinions of everyone on this forum. I understand why Sam, Ivan and Ethin want UP to die; it's been a source of non-stop drama among the community. However, I think roelvdwal is doing a good job of trying to separate UP from all the drama it's caused.@roelvdwal, you obviously know what you're doing. If you want to make UP better, go ahead. However, I'd change the name if I were you. Also, I wouldn't let the game's source code go willy-nilly around the net, unless you release it under some sort of license. (If you don't want to do that, at least put somewhere in the code that you don't want random people downloading the code and modifying it without your permition).

Yeah, this is getting quite concerning. I hope Aprone is ok, and we can all get back to blasting zombies to hell soon. It would really suck if the game never came back, because I've played for less than a month. I'm having a problem with my XBOX 1. I turn on narrator, then I join a party, then after a while I get out of Mortal Kombat X and it doesn't work. I have to power cycle my system. Is there a way to avoid having to do this?

On 25-3 now, guys. Anyone have an idea on how this goes?I jump over opening at the first elevator to avoid the blade. Go to the 30th height, elevator up to 45 and grab all of the healing items. Next I go to I think 90 and flip the last switch. The first switch causes things to explode throughout the level. But I still can't unlock the door. Am I missing something here?@baruch, Perhaps your file got corrupted? I always back-up online for this reason, though I've not tried restoring it. Hopefully you wern't too far in the game...I'm on 25-3 now guys. I can't believe I'm saying this. @gamedude, 25-1. It's sometimes hard to kill the security jet, I know. Hopefully you have something like the power sasemata hammer, or another close-combat weapon before you go into it. The same goes for the boxes at the other points of the game. I usually fall off the edge of the platform and start to grapple with my hook right away. You'll
  grab onto an edge, and the elevator will go under your butt to start lifting you later. Be careful though, sometimes I find that the elevators are too close below your fall, and then you die with a splat (and the game ends with a runtime.)After killing the security jet at the 300 door, flip the switch at 330 (it might be the other way around with the values, not sure, use object locator to see.) Then grapple down the edge and let the lift take you to 100 height. Kill everything in that door, do not destroy the box (again, close-combat weapons help.), after all of them died you can press enter on the box and enter again to take the items in it. Go to 200 after that by grappling up past the door.  Open door, kill things there (again, be careful of box.) Then go to the 50th door by getting the elevator again (you'll have to run past one of those blades for this. I would recommend a speed drink.) At 50, open door, and the rest I won't give away because the picture 
 box is simple at the end anyway. The problem with 25-1 is that you have to follow a lot of this at an order. For example, you can't go to the 200 door first because you don't have the piece from the 100 box.
