I've got 24-1 and 24-2 recorded for the playthrough but was stuck because I had already figured out to stop my fall with the hook but wanted to see if there was another way because my timing sucks. The walls fall down shortly behind you, so if she's close to you when that happens you should be safe. The walls also fall down at the same position every time, I believe it's at 99 and 199 respectively. Re: A couple more BK3 questions. Here's another question I feel is really dumb. How do you load guns? I bought the soft point machine gun. I have like 5500 soft point ammo. But it just clicks. I've also had this happen with things like the plasma machine gun which say they don't need ammo, I fire them, then they stop working, although maybe they're a one and done kind of weapon and you just need to buy more of them. But yeah, apparently I do not know how to use guns in BK3. Just move to the right and hit F as you fall, just make sure you don't hit the ground or another level before it grabs though.Also, once you get the UFO after you beat the game, that is what I use to drop for long distances. I see it requires five crystal spheres. I haven't seen crystal spheres anywhere. Are they just the crystals from 7, or are they something else? All you need to do is fall down, and if you below 100, Just go to your collection items and drop a coin or 2 by pressing delete and boink, you land safely. After that, just destroy the box and go up with the hook. If you time this correctly, you'll end up at about height 8 and will be able to fall safely to the ground.Assuming you made it in one piece, congratulations! You can now start destroying all the boxes!With the reverse hook:Start falling or jump over the hole.In any case, go to the x coordinate of 3 to make things safer.Use the reverse hook and go down to where the first box is.Destroy it, set the dial accordingly and continue your way down to the next box.Keep doing this. A couple more BK3 questions. Hi all. So I'm stuck, again. I've gotten to 24:3. In the BK3 guide I read: "Each box once destroyed leaves behind a dial that can be set from 0 to 9. The number on the paper is from top to bottom. So drop down the gap, if you jump and keep moving you'll explode, so don't try that."I assume this is the gap at 2 right where you show up, because if I jump it and keep going, eventually I do explode. But if I step off and just drop down, I die every time I hit the ground. What am I missing?Also, how do you get to the bonus shops, do I have to finish the game first, or do they show up when you beat 24:3? I see from the guide, and Liam mentions it in his playthroughs, that the spirit sword is really good if you crank its level up. But it's only available in one of the bonus shops. I thought they'd show up when I beat 23, but no dice. I see from various places that you must get new options when you've beaten the game for the first time.Thanks in advance for any help. Re: A couple more BK3 questions. The super yoyyo is much better than the triple yoyo, but if you are planning on collecting all weapons then go for it. You can craft metal at the shop in collection items. If you haven't gotten to stage 18-3 yet, you will have to play stage 12-4 to collect lots of trash. If you do have 18-3 unlocked, set the dial to 7 or higher, and in 18-2 after all the magic barriers you can land, where trash will endlessly falland you collect as many items as you want there. Do you have to go all the way to the end, and jump on the large one first, and then go back and hit the rest? Because I still got the exact same thing, I just went right back to where I was, and then the stage ended. I'm pretty sure I tried going to the end too and going back already, but maybe I missed a stone there. Basically, so far as I know I'm doing everything right, jumping on the word stones, in order, with the high jump shoes. i hear them shattering. But when the last one breaks, I just go back and the stage ends. You should get chaos nuts then. But I think you can craft those as well. A couple more BK3 questions. OK, trying not to spoil things here, though I guess the game should be old enough, but still, no telling who'll suddenly discover it.The secret in 8.1, I do all of them. The one at the end says "do X and chaos nuts will fall from the sky", or something like that. I've done it, and I just go back and then the stage ends. What am I missing?Also, I've got three yoyos and I'd like to make a triple one at least. It says I need ten metal. I'm currently stuck in 17.4, haven't gotten past it yet. Is metal in later levels?
