In fact, I used Turrubble on my first playthrough and was rather underwhelmed by its damage output, but perhaps I just got one with crappy strength.Kamadeir apparently hits very hard, but is slow. Maustodon is the same.But I guess it all depends on what your definition of heavy hitter is... I do actually feel like Ninjarkin can qualify here. Then there is Blazond, who apparently also has very high attack. Vultair, too. And Remullion has the heavy hitter ability, so that must count for something.And as for Kangachan, yep, that one's crazy good in its second transformation. But you don't really get anything useful after that. Its other stats actually aren't bad at all. Don't ever pick up manamons with less than developped reasonable. Some people think boulderdash are meh because they don't pick the right.Also, terrubble isn't half bad. It has good defence even, and can use earth stuff. Re: Heavy Hitters in Manamon 2 Bulderdash is another one I haven't played with. I should though, but I know it's really fragile and requires some setup to really hit hard. Placebot is just nuts with certain gear. I feel like I should have paid more attention to its special attack when I bred it though. The one I have has remarkable health, perfect strength, shitty magic attack and remarkable everywhere else, and gets some special moves. Dussoket is getting special electric moves, and Garganchan is getting special fire moves. All of these are physical attackers. Mightauras is a monster. I usually use this along with Wavotamus and Mantasteel, then Sacroloon and two others. Last playthrough was Ureinaman and Snowmonno. I've beaten the game once, just got it at the beginning of the month, and I really wasn't too impressed with Kangachan at higher levels. He was a beast when I first caught him as a Kangard but he just seemed to run out of steam for me after a while, somewhere after the 4th stadium. I really am loving Mightauras though. He may have lower hp, but he hits like a tank, and from what I've read, he may be able to solo the Pierre fight, now that's a heavy hitter if I've seen one. Also, I agree with post 3, bulderdash can really hit hard if you set it up with rev up and it survives, those speed attacks are pretty nice. Ice punch isn't all that useful, and spark punch is resisted by anything that's weak to electricity, or at least a great many things. Re: Heavy Hitters in Manamon 2 The overdrive and superpowerful moves are best used when you can be sure you can take out the opponent with one blow; that;s the only time to use them, in my opinion. If the Manamon is strong enough to take out an opponent with one superpowerful move, then use that move and switch out. Ideally, those moves should all be 100 accuracy and should never be use on opponents who resist them. BTW, do any Manamon get marina overdrive? SO far, I haven't seen it from any Manamon I've raised. It does a lot of damage, but then sitting idle for two rounds afterwards isn't really a good idea. Volanteral doesn't come into its own until level ... 57. Ursinerator evolves at level 37 or so, but its hp isn't outstanding and its defenses are meh. Not as bad as Myaneko's, but they could definitely be better. Giganatan should go on this list too, but this mon definitely got the short straw when it comes to moves; its most powerful moves all compromise it in some way.
