Re: What is the best IOs file management software?
Re: What is the best IOs file management software? [[wow]]. The tone of that message was a bit unnecessarily harsh. There are quite valid reasons why some folks don't like Itunes, myself included. it seems to get more and more inaccessible with each new release, and that's a valid complaint. I do agree that organizing your library is a good thing to do, but not for the reason that was stated. Besides, the organization algorithm is far from perfect, and sometimes you have to manually move stuff into folders from your unknown artists folder that itunes puts there, even if mp3's are properly tagged.Another huge issue I have with the latest version of Itunes is that I can't seem to update my payment info. It worked well on my Iphone, but not so much on my Windows PC. Nothing I did would select that damn radial button that tells it what type of credit card you'll be using, Visa, Mastercard etc. So, while I can purchase things just fine with my Iphone, I'm essentially locked out of doing the same wit h my computer, which is really annoying. I'm using the latest version of NVDA, so that may have something to do with it, but honestly, that's unacceptable. Re: What is the best IOs file management software?
Re: What is the best IOs file management software? Please forget apps for this and apps for that. iTunes and iTunes alone is well enough for your iPhone. It's not that complicated as you are saying. If your music are not organized then it's your fault, don't blame iTunes for it. Please don't expect iOS as flexible as Android. Rather than searching an apps (which may not exist), you should try organizing your library. Good luck with that. Re: What is the best IOs file management software?
Re: What is the best IOs file management software? As I said, I had moved the location of my iTunes media folder a long time ago, so I can't remember the exact default location any more. It's somewhere in your app data, but I'm not sure if it was local or roaming.Just open iTunes, find preferences under the edit menu, look for the advanced tab (made sure now, sory about the first missleading guess that it would be called library), and the first object on that tab is a readonly edit field which contains the media folder's current location. From here, you can either change it to your liking using the change button right next to it, or you can just use it to know where the folder is located.Lukas URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=274986#p274986 ___ Audiogames-reflector mailing list Audiogames-reflector@sabahattin-gucukoglu.com https://sabahattin-gucukoglu.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/audiogames-reflector

Re: What is the best IOs file management software?
Re: What is the best IOs file management software? On my computer, I have moved the main iTunes folder to my D partition which I use for most data I can fit on there. This option is located in the iTunes preferences dialog, the appropriate tab is most likely called library. If you don't want to move it anywhere, you should at least be able to see its full path there. So, after you locate or move the folder this way, you should find a tones subfolder in there. I've checked it just now.Lukas URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=274938#p274938 ___ Audiogames-reflector mailing list Audiogames-reflector@sabahattin-gucukoglu.com https://sabahattin-gucukoglu.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/audiogames-reflector
Re: What is the best IOs file management software?
Re: What is the best IOs file management software? Post 4, that doesn't work. There is no ringtones folder, or I couldn't find it. Plus, Iringer doesn't allow me to create the main M4r format with the entire song. The maximum length of the main M4r was 30 seconds in Iringer, while itunes is 40 seconds. This is not a problem, since I can make an M4r with entire song using itunes, but the real problem is that I couldn't managed to find ringtones folder anywhere. Itunes library is not a folder it's an .itl file so I couldn't find the ringtones folder. What should I do? Re: What is the best IOs file management software? I wouldn't say Syncios is inaccessible, more like, fiddly to use.I've used it to transfer ringtones to my uncle's iPhone back when it was called apandora and, while you do need to use NVDA's flat review mode quite a lot, it is usable. Re: What is the best IOs file management software?
Re: What is the best IOs file management software? I've once worked around the 40 seconds ringtone limit, although I yet have to see if I'm gonna succeed another time.1. Google a Windows app called Iringer and create your ringtone with it.2. Choose where to save it. It will contain the entire song or audio file you used, but in the m4r format.3. Allow Iringer to automatically open iTunes after this.4. The ringtone should immediately be imported and you should even allow it to be synced to your iPhone. It will get truncated to fit the limit but this is an important step. If you tried the next step without the initial synchronization, it would most likely fail.5. After this has been done, close iTunes, locate the directory where your iTunes library is stored, and here find the subfolder with ringtones. I can't remember its exact name off the top of my head but it should be obvious enough, I found it when I tried this, so what.6. Now, replace the m4r file of your ringtone which is found here with the original, unabridged version created and saved by Iringer before the ringtone was imported to iTunes and synced to your iPhone.7. On the next synchronization with your phone, the ringtone in its entire length should now get uploaded to the device. The point is that since iTunes has already imported, checked and synced the first, truncated version of the ringtone all right, it shouldn't check its length any more on any subsequent sync.Hope this helps and actually works,Lukas URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=274860#p274860 ___ Audiogames-reflector mailing list Audiogames-reflector@sabahattin-gucukoglu.com https://sabahattin-gucukoglu.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/audiogames-reflector
Re: What is the best IOs file management software?
Re: What is the best IOs file management software? are you jailbroken? If so, iFile is a good option. Otherwhise, I just use iTunes. Yeah, the process may be a bit tedious, but either way, it works. And the 40 second thing, that's standard for iTunes. I don't believe theres a way around that. Re: What is the best IOs file management software?
Re: What is the best IOs file management software? Hi.Well, the 30 seconds ringtone length is not something which iTunes effects, it's an apple limitation.Well, iTunes is the easiest way to get ringtones on to your iPhone, when it comes to music or such files, I heard that iExplore is accessible for windows, but if I remember right there is a demo and a full version available, and I don't know how expensive the full version is, or what the demo limitations are. What is the best IOs file management software?
What is the best IOs file management software? Hi all. I wanna ask what is the best file transfer and managing software for IOs?I want to make ringtones for my IPhone, and I tried itunes, IFunbox, and syncios.1. Itunes, I'm tired of it's complicated system. When I want to add music, ringtones or whatever, I have to add my sound files to itunes and sync with my IPhone. But when I sync with IPhone, everything is loaded, meaning you can't select specific files only, but everything will be selected.Plus, I hate itunes's 40 seconds limit when creating ringtones.2. IFunbox and SyncIos, simply both are inaccessible. So, please tell me, if there is any other accessible file management solutions for IOs devices.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=274813#p274813 ___ Audiogames-reflector mailing list Audiogames-reflector@sabahattin-gucukoglu.com https://sabahattin-gucukoglu.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/audiogames-reflector
