why are people still using skype 7? Hi. This is my last try to get adleast one part of the community back to right. Why are so many people of you still using skype 7 and giving out copies of it? I fucking hate it. The only thing we get out of it are forks and connectivity problems, anoying notifications for any single little event what seriusly no one needs, a crappy peace of shit called skype api. While there is a great version with no adds, much easyer to use, and the best is no more /fork spam. Because it just no longer exists. So, people, please stop giving out copies of skype 7, because then you may be the next responsible for the next fork. Some of you mayve already released that the simter.square7.ch was completely deleted, just showing an empty index and at the end some cms stuff. That was because the hoster square7 was bought by someone else. That resulted in my cms no longer working because of the bad php instalation it had then, and i only had 1 gig space, before it were 7. So i killed that page and sdj-productions became a thing. A busines with multiple people. But i kinid of wanted a personal page again, so here it is. Simter.tk is in preparation, and with that, I am also happy to announce a new project. Dev exe.Devexe is a commandline remoted tool that you can include in any programing language. It simplifies stuff like speaking through screenreader or sapi, copying stuff to clipboard and stuff like that, for programing languages that don't have these features. If you press any thing after that, it just beeps until you press alt+arrow key again. This is kind of bad when you want to navigate because it's only possible really with that keys. That one allowed you to make a copy of a skype group, don't ask me why they implemented it but it was there. And some people had the idea: "hay. Why don't use that to spam people?" This got a trent in the blind comunity, and skype8 no longer has /fork. So it's good that the spammy skype7 is death. Also skype 7 was unaccessible. It was only a pain to answer calls, especially when it needed to go fast. That was because of the fact that if you got a call, you heard the ring but therre was no window opening. It was just showing up in the notifications, you needed to find it, type through a few menus and then you could answer. Isn't that, kinda, to complicated for answering a call? The pack creator that comes with the program does not seam to be able to encrypt stuff without decryption key. Why don't you code your own one? It's not this hart, i can help you if you want.2. Why don't you make it so that if you stop playing it tells you the time you stopped? Right now i use my own thing for this but that can not start instantly when playing starts so not the best.and a bug report: if you press s, and then escape, and something is still playing, it does not stop. soundcart acting strange Hi. Since a few days i have a strange problem with my sound. If i start an aplication that was not on my comp before, it always is on volume 100 percent even if the system volume is only 50 or so, and also the login screen and user managemend warnings and so are jut extremely loud. Is there a way to reset all the volumes and bring the system standart for everything back to normal? Thanks, simter. Unfortunately only german support but it had 7 gigs free, and this was pritty good. But for sdj now since simter prods is death, i am also using my debian vps.
