Hi Luis,

I see the last line and half: que nasceu neste freguesia as oito horas da 
manhã no dia desasete do mesmo mes so he was  born on 17 November 1894

The next part of the side note is referring to the register the marriage is 
recorded, but I can't make it out very well.

Note two says the marriage was dissolved by the obit of his wife on 1 March 
1933

Note three says he died.  The date written on the last line is not clear 
but I'm guessing 4 December 1971

The above noted link relates to the birth of my great uncle Jose Matias 
SOUSA. I believe he was baptized on the 28th of November 1894, however I am 
unable to decipher when he was born.
Further, the margin clearly articulates his marriage to Sara Medeiros 
Correia on the 26th of November 1922. The note continues on the margin to 
the next page, but it is too difficult for me interpret.
If anyone can help out, I would certainly appreciate it.

There's a word I can't understand after her age, right before "filha de".

Manoel, right hand side.  As usual, I need help with the sidenote.  I can’t 
make out his surname, is it Ricardo?  I see the date of the 27th of September, 
is that when he married?  In 1930?  What does it say after the date of 27 
September?

Then I think it says he marries somebody Resendes who is 24 years old and the 
daughter of Manoel de Resendes and Valentina Lucianna, natives of the parish of 
Sao Pedro.

I see that he died on the 18 Oct 1992 in Rhode Island, USA.

The record states the child was baptized in Madeira island in April but because 
the Santa Se parish rant out of the Holy oils, this part of the ceremony of 
baptism was performed in August in Furnas, where the couple also lived.  The 
affluent did not stay stationary in one island.  Wives did accompany husbands 
on many occasion.
