You are correct, there  is no name there. It says something about solmenly
in the presence of those in the eyes of the church...I don't translate the
church stuff. I look for the words "in faccia ecelesia" or something like
that.  I believe that is Latin and the groom's name always follows  AFTER
those words.

Angela,

You're concluding it is "Loura" but  the name on the document is Joseph de
Loural not Loura.  Have a close look and you will see the "L" at the very
end somewhat raised and camouflaged by the elongated letter P from above..
Why the difference in the name to Loural? Probably there was no difference
and he maintained the same surname but was recognized/known as the Joseph
from Loural (a place in Santa Maria) to differentiate from a local Joseph
of the same surname.

I found the marriage of Antonio Resendes and Maria Melo.  Really need some help 
with the translation.  

On the 5 October 1710, Antonio Resendes, of Matriz Vila do Porto, son of father 
unknown and ….. (Lots words, looks like dates,  there could be a mother’s name 
somewhere in there) who is marrying Maria Melo, daughter of Pedro Fontes, who 
is dead and Catarina Velho….

Hi This is what I have.  I have a a few other Antonio Resendes that do have parents names, I’ll check them and let you know if I find the common ancestor they are both related to.  .
