Tony, Can’t add much. But, here goes: it’s Maria de S. Jose. Also, Manuel was 58 years more or less, while Luis was 68 +/-. And, I think it’s Sao Roque, Ilha do Pico. Hope that fills in the pieces you wanted. Gayle PS I checked these names on the CITCEM database for Sao Roque. None were listed there.
