All my searches use a file filter with file name extension on BBEdit 10. On 9.6 it was indeed called file name suffix. BBEdit 10 gives errors on files excluded by the filter and even for folders. BBEdit 10 search also takes twice as long as the same search with 9.6. Since Multi-File search is one of my main uses for BBEdit, I will not be able to update to version 10 until this issue is resolved. My file filter is set to include only .cpp files, yet I'm getting errors such as: Error: File myImage.png: Invalid parameters were detected for an operation. It seems that the search is trying to look into .png files. I'm also getting similar errors for folders as well, as if the search is trying to look into a folder as if it was a file.
