do you get dial tone ?

make sure you create your incoming pots dial peer and DID enabled, also make
sure you have a translation rule to strip 3214 or 343214 or +343214

dial-peer voice 1 pots
incoming called-number .
direct inward dial

HI,

If you can call OB you still need to make sure your config for IB is
correct.

You need an IB dial peer and a translation rule to strip down the called
number to 3001

have you check the codec ?

i think that from sccp -cucm is G.729
CME-SIP only supports G.711

if that's the case register a transcoder on the cme

Hi Rafay,

Can you send the configuration from Site C? He was referring to the
translation profile applied incoming on the voice-port on R3.

It should look something like this:

Voice-translation-rule 1

Rule 1 /^32143/ /3/

Or (I see two different called numbers below)

Voice translation-rule 1

Rule 1 /^\+3432143/ /3/

Then create the profile and apply to voice-port

Voice-translation-profile PSTN-IN

Translate called 1

Voice-port 0/0/0:15

Translation-profile incoming PSTN-IN

2010-11-29 Thread Cristobal Priego
Hello all

we have an CUE module on a 2950 router. the maximum # of mailboxes that it
supports is 80
we were licensed for 56, I got the pak number and issued the license to
upgrade to a total of 80 mailboxes
i went to the cli and issue
license install ftp://ftpserver/licensefilename

reloaded CUE

when CUE came back up, i did a show license permanent

and the status for mailboxes is 80/80

it doesn't let me add more users, because it says we reached 80/80 users,
however we only have 56 users on the system

do you know why this is happening ?
