It was my understanding that it an IP address was whitelisted, the connection would not be blocked again. if you have zoneminder installed on SME10 and reboot after a post-upgrade you
will be locked out because of this script
during the bootstrap-consol it will try to restart
/sbin/service zoneminder stop1>/dev/null
/sbin/service mysql.init restart 1>/dev/null
/sbin/service zoneminder start 1>/dev/null
and all of those services will wait for network that will wait for bootstrap
consol to end
and you are in a loop without ending
only option go to another tty log in as root and kill the event
innodb is the default since sme10 so this script should simply removed
and a reminder: do not try to restart a service in a script and put it in
bootstrap-console event

If you mangle your DB and restore a backup to the existing DB you are OK but not if you lose the entire DB and structure. In UCP with the WebRTC phone we can see the phone attempting to connect but it
remains disconnected.
The browser reveals continuous failed attempts at creating a websocket.
WebSocket connection to 'ws://127.0.0.1:8088/ws' failed:
First this should point to the actual server, not to localhost. This presumably
requires a FreePBX/Asterisk setting to push the correct URL.
Second it requires a proxy/websocket section in one of the httpd conf files to
reverse the request.
It should also upgrade to a secure wss connection. The browser URL should look
vaguely like this:
ws://asterisk.mysite.info/ws
The httpd conf should have something similar to this
ProxyPass /ws ws://localhost:8088/ws

To enable the UCP panel you have to set mariadb LocalNetworkingOnly no as the
panel cannot use a websocket.
We can see that FreePBX does allow a socket here:
