Unfortunately despite the effort and the amount of data supplied to them the only answer was that the issue was lower priority and to utilise better CPUs. It seems theres a possible threading issue, Linux and Windows. If strictportbind is set in the command line, and the process respawns due to crash/restart/signal whatever, it shouldn't put another server on the next available port. This is frustrating because I have to always quit this bugged-ported server and after that, the normal one starts again. Anybody has experienced this? Why the server restart with altered port , when the connection is offline temporarily?
