I had a HP Elitebook 2560p, which had an error, so I sent it in for repair. They gave me another one (same model), so I installed archlinux on it, and restored my homedir from a backup. Plain archlinux. either you don't understand the question or I fail to understand the answer. which "config file" did you move and what do you mean "between systems"? the answer you give does not help with either. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.orgopenSUSE Community Memberfacebook/ptilopteri Registered Linux User #207535@ http://linuxcounter.net Photos: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/piwigo paka @ IRCnet freenode darktable user mailing list to unsubscribe send a mail to darktable-user+unsubscr...@lists.darktable.org

Well, I can back up. But my configuration contains valuable information. I believe that there is some misbehavior in dt, since this can happen. I could try to find a way to make this happen reliably, and then report that so it can be tested. I did move my config file between systems, and it mostly works, only problem I found is that some watermark files seems to be missing.
