The fist step is to set up a relevant `config.site', which is used by autotools (namely SOURCE/configure). An alternative is to contact the root and kindly ask him to install the missing softwares. I have now downloaded the same file-- debian-502.amd64-DVD-1.iso -- from 2 mirrors and each time the file is 2.0 Gb in size. So, I'm guessing that something has gone wrong at Debian and the errors are mirrored to the other sites? Should I even bother downloading the DVD image now or send a report to debian? If I should send a report, who should I send it to? Try using rsync to an rsync mirror. I'm on dialup and often find that after a week of getting a CD a bit at a time, that there are some errors. Rsync fixes it. Doug. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org

Sometimes the download will go forward for 2GB, then into negative numbers for the last 2GB :) Firefox has worked for me where IE didn't, for example. Load the applet through you browser and see in the log which other files the applet tries to load. If the URLs in the applet has full URL references, it would not show up in the logs - then use a sniffer. I'm following this howto; Postfix SMTP AUTH (and TLS) HOWTO http://postfix.state-of-mind.de/patrick.koetter/smtpauth/index.html adding SMTP AUTH This is a routing mail server which is working here already without problem, running virtual domain (all domains point to ONE external IP). But the roaming mail clients can't send mails via their own mail server. I'm trying to build SMTP AUTH. Any advice which cyrus package/packages I need to installed. gkrellm : vitesse de download par seconde
To: To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-french-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe.
