[Bug 1260540] [NEW] Rhythmbox Unity icon background color should be changed.
Public bug reported: Currently, the icon background color for rhythmbox under unity is off white. I think it should be changed to a color that better suits the icon, for example, a yellow that matches the inner part of the speaker. ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to rhythmbox in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1260540 Title: Rhythmbox Unity icon background color should be changed. [Bug 1252507] Re: gsd-backlight-helper fails to change backlight
I've reported the bug upstream as you've suggested. Here's the link: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=720370 Yes, this is similar to the bug ID you've provided, but I'm not sure if it's the same issue. I'm having the problem on my Desktop (All-in-one Desktop) machine and not a laptop. Furthermore, this issue was not present when the very same machine had Ubuntu 13.04 installed. All worked fine then. Only after upgrading to Ubuntu 13.10 has this issue arrisen. I upgraded using the ISO, and did a full re-format and re-encryption of the full disk. So this seems to be an Ubuntu 13.10 problem, and not an Ubuntu 13.04 problem, as the other bug states. ** Bug watch added: GNOME Bug Tracker #720370 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=720370 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-settings-daemon in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1252507 Title: gsd-backlight-helper fails to change backlight To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-settings-daemon/+bug/1252507/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 1260604] [NEW] GDM does not work with new accountsservice 0.6.35-0ubuntu5
Public bug reported: Gdm does not work with the latest accountsservice versions 0.6.35-0ubuntu3 - 0.6.35-0ubuntu5. Actually the X will not start and there is no login screen available, only black screen. Login from tty1 is of course possible, but startx will not work. I have tested this with gnome-shell and gdm with both trusty official versions and the versions in the Gnome3 Staging PPA (trusty branch). Also, I have tested this with ATI open source drivers and NVidia proprietary drivers. None of these work. Downgrading back to the version acoountsservice 0.6.35-0ubuntu2 helps and desktop is fine again. ** Affects: accountsservice (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to accountsservice in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1260604 Title: GDM does not work with new accountsservice 0.6.35-0ubuntu5 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/accountsservice/+bug/1260604/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
