Just confirming the issue with Evolution freezing when an attempt is made to select a colour (color in US spelling - for benefit of search engines) whilst creating a new email. I recently upgraded to 12.04. In 11.10 this problem was definitely not present. I have tried a number of variations to see if the problem is repeatable. It is. I have highlighted text and then attempted to select colour. Evolution freezes. Similarly, with a new blank email in compose mode, selecting the colour also causes evolution to freez.
