There are two types of issue. There is a very small set of issues that
motivated 4.1.3. In addition, we are paying off technological debt due
to not have routinely done point releases, mainly copying fixes for
build issues from the trunk into the 4.1.3 branch.

As far as I know, and my bugzilla searches are showing me, there are at 
this moment no "4.1.3_release_blocker?" issues.

Please excuse the delay responding - I put it aside hoping that someone 
with more knowledge would respond, and then got involved in other things.


One possibility is that solver/420/wntmsci12.pro/xml/ was partially 
built due to an earlier failure. I suggest deleting 
solver/420/wntmsci12.pro and trying again.

can you tell us a bit more what your problem is and what you expect? 
Maybe Andrea can help you as he has more experience, e.g., with uploads 
to Sourceforge.



Each binary needs to be signed, presumably by the person building it.


IMHO we haven't done any signing until now - at least not officially. 
Maybe there where tests but I haven't heard about detailed results.

I am not really talking about those kinda guys. I am really talking 
about games that have no market at all. Downloading the film though. 
When Diablo II was released it was not a many-million-dollar budget 
game. Of course they had professional musicians and all of that.

for the followup release I would stay with 4.2.0 as the /life, the

OK, "AOO XP" would probably not so great, but what would be, for

From the view point of a normal user I find it confusing as there is
no comparsion pattern and you don't know what was first and was next.

I think that the reason that Microsoft has come back to numbers for
the versioning schema. I don't see any need to go their way, make the
same experience and come back to the numbers.

So, please no version numbering with words/text only.
