Anyway, when you have selected a whole row and you perform Ctrl- one time, this results in a single cell selected, rather than a whole row selected. Hi, I see different behaviour of Ctrl++ on various installations: 2.3.0 on Windirectly inserts a row 2.3.0 on SuSE starts the window Insert Cells m231 on Win starts the window Insert Cells Also the latest dev's before 2.3.0 started that window. User configuration not only overrides pre-defined shortcuts, it also prevents new shortcuts (shipped with newer OOo-versions), also for other keys, to be implemented without user intervention. As said: I fell into this little trap before. My bad I didn't recognize immediately ;-) (Framework@ is aware of this configuration problem. Issue number I can't find.)
