Re: [slim] Recent SB3 Firmware problems
I had a similiar issue a few days ago. Started system from standby and the player showed every few seconds a short flashing cannot connect to server message and the screensaver did not activate. After a while it disconnects completly and the screen does not go blank. I had to restart the server. Sorry I did not check if I could press the left arrow. A not blanking screen I had also some time ago, but I didn't take care about because the SB3 is connected to the switched power sockest of my Amp. I had the same with the 7.5.3 beta after update. For example, in Germany you have an implied warranty of 2 years and the reseller is responsible. The point is, in the first 6 month it is supposed that the fault do already exist when the unit was delivered and the reseller has to prove if not. That's easy for the customer. But for the rest of the time the customer has to prove that the fault do already exist during delivery. That's not easy for the customer. This warranty is based on an European act!
