[Dx4win] Blank fields

2004-01-27 Thread Vanderydt Theo
Hi All,

Is there a way to fill in empty fields in DX-4win after importing data =
from contestlogging software.
eg. I had data imported after using N1MM-logger. When opening the =
logbook window i notice some fields like state, grid, name etc.. are left =
blank.
I could fill in these blanks manualy but this takes too mutch time. I =
wonder if this can be done automatically ?
Any help will be welcome. Thanks in advance.

[Dx4win] Log window column width

2004-01-27 Thread Stan Staten
Is there a way to change the displayed column width of the logbook.
Seems I did it before but since restoring from a recent HD crash it
defauts to wider widths than I want crowding up my screen.

[Dx4win] Log window column width

2004-01-27 Thread Stan Staten
That is what I used to do and when I reopened DX4WIN it stayed that way.
Now it doesn't but reverts to the default widths. It does work for the
spot window, but I can't seem to get it to work on the logbook window.

You just 'drag' it to whatever size you want the window to be--

Move your mouse/cursor over the corners/edges of the box until you see
the cursor change to a double arrow -- once you have that double arrow,
simply hold down your left mouse button and 'drag' the box larger or
smaller -- wider or narrower, full screen size or smaller, etc.

That is all I ever have to do to make ANY of the several drop down
windows within DX4WIN screens to whatever size I want --- including the
windows for the log, or the WAS credit, or the County, of the Grid
square or the DXCC window, etc.

I suspect this is NOT what you were asking but thought I would answer
according to how I understood your message --

Good luck

[Dx4win] No PTT delay in CW, please help

2004-01-27 Thread VM
Hello everybody,
I would appreciate any suggestions or comments on how to setup
CW interface. I have Win2K + FT-920 perfectly working with DX4WIN through COM1.
Now I am trying to use LPT1 for PTT and CW keying.
Everything seem to be working fine, except there is no PTT delay, it works just
like QSK. I maxed out the 255 delay number, but no change.
Is there a hidden setting to check or is it a bug?
If I use my WriteLog with this setup, everything is working flowless - there is
an adjustable delay on PTT etc., but not in DX4WIN ???
Thank you in advance es 73
