The doofus heard that the IT folks used BleachBit, a free software program, to
delete the emails; and he figured it was the same thing they do to blue jeans
to make them appear worn: wash them with bleach. The marketing term is
"acid-washing." So to get rid of pesky emails, he thinks, you douse the hard
drive with acid. Very expensive!

Actually, he probably knows better. But he assumes his followers won't.

Well, at least FFL and Doug aren't like The Corner where there is a bouncer at

denied advising Hillary to do the same. That was a lie, so he's subject to
blame on that score.

Not blaming - just that it is now common knowledge that others in positions of
authority and power have done the same thing and have not, up to this point,
been brought up on the carpet for it. Colin gave her advice and she made her
own decisions on whether to take it or not. Of course, Powell doesn't want
anyone to know he was a factor in her decision making but there you have it.

2016-09-08 Thread authfri...@yahoo.com [FairfieldLife]
Most of the crimes you listed in your post are violent ones; and they're
obviously the crimes that most seriously victimize people, so it does make
sense to focus on them. Also, those are the crimes Trump is making such a fuss
about. Plus which, you can't just count federal crimes; it's not as if only
federal crimes have victims.

Finally, that 27% figure you cite hasn't changed in quite a few years, so the
idea that there's currently some kind of undocumented immigrant crime wave is
nonsense even if you look just at federal crime.

So I repeat: Recent studies have shown that undocumented immigrants commit far
less violent crime than native-born Americans. And that makes a liar of Trump
and the rest of the hysterical anti-immigrant crowd.

standards which include some number of restrictions about people’s private

[FairfieldLife] Alkaline Diet for Good Health

2016-09-08 Thread jr_...@yahoo.com [FairfieldLife]
Most Americans consume acidic foods. Thus, most are overweight contributing to
ill health, including weak bones and arthritis.. Surprisingly, it's good to
drink lemon or lime juices because the body converts the acids in fruits to
alkaline after digestion.

In Ayurveda, overweight is a sign of an aggravated pitta or heat, meaning that
the body is overheated (or too acidic).

In short, lemons are good for you.

[FairfieldLife] Fwd: Save the Dates: Oct 15-Nov 12 - October Surprise in Fairfield!

2016-09-08 Thread Dick Mays dickm...@lisco.com [FairfieldLife]

THE IDEAL COMMUNITY GROUP OF FAIRFIELD
Save the Dates: Oct. 15–Nov. 12
September 7, 2016

Dear Meditators, Sidhas, and Governors of Fairfield and Maharishi Vedic City,

In a few days you will be receiving the schedule for a simply incredible series
of 25 talks—a real festival of knowledge that you won’t want to miss, running
from October 1st to November 12th, but mainly starting from October 15th. They
include brand-new masterpiece talks by Raja John Hagelin and by many other
highly distinguished guests—talks that are so rib-ticklingly good, and
spine-tinglingly alluring, that we think you will want to mentally, physically,
and emotionally prepare yourself to come out and attend them all.

The October Surprise!

We’re calling this festival of knowledge The October Surprise. The purpose is
to attract Sidhas from all across America to come and boost our numbers in the
Domes and other flying halls during the most crucial election period.

We hope that those of you from the community who are Sidhas and Governors will
also make a special effort to do your TM® and TM-Sidhi® programs together with
this group every day. Please also call up your friends around the country and
make sure they come—and invite them to stay with you, if you are comfortable
doing so and have room.

And for Meditators, there is also the option for group meditation upstairs,
across from the Sidha flying hall, in the Orpheum Building, 121 W. Broadway,
between 5–6 pm every day. Please use the north entrance by the parking lot.

Below is just a sampling of the talks, to whet your appetite. You have four
weeks to prepare yourself for this inspirational extravaganza. Don’t miss a
single one!

Looks like Hillary had her e-mails *acid-washed* after they  were
subpoenaed.and a preservation order was issued. That's called obstruction of
justice. Intentionally destroying evidence.

You probably wouldn't. But the fact is that  the Russian Orthodox Church has
been around a lot longer than the Communists and never lost it's influence,
although the Communists tried to suppress it.

Well, that isn't true. Communist countries tend to be a little short on
"culture dominated by some religion", for example.
Well, actually it is true. The Soviets waited for the last generation of
Russian Orthodox believers and Jews to die out. They never did. If you wanted
the government off of your back, you hid you religious views. Once retired,
people were a little bolder about returning to church services. China is pretty
much the same. Even Mao was influenced by Confucius and Buddha.I think the Pope
also received a welcome in Cuba just recently.

I would hardly call underground and behind-closed-doors following of one's
personal religious beliefs to result in, your own words, "a culture dominated
by some religion".   From: "awoelflebater@... [FairfieldLife]"

certainly won't trust her on anything nor will I believe anything she says.
She's a proven liar and belongs in jail.
Funny, that's exactly what I think of Trump. He's a pathological liar and
clinically insane as well.
Your *school system* is broken, thanks to the teachers unions. "You can't fire
us! This is *my* J-O-B!"
I think it's the Muslims and refugees who have caused any problems we have with
our school systems. Surely you know this.
Parents should have the right to send their kids to the schools of their
choice and the tax dollars that support their education should follow them to
the school of their choice.
You have a real and irrational fear of *Christianity*. What are you, a
Christphobe?
I doubt Ollie is a "Christphobe" (interesting made up word there). He seems
much more phobic of narrow minded holier-than-thou imbeciles who claim they are
born again and Christ loving. But he, of course, can speak for himself.
Where would you rather live, in a Christian dominated society or a Muslim
society?
Neither. I'm not a fan of any religion because religious zealot tend to be a
pain in the ass.

Seems like too many Muslims want to get out of the countries they live in.
Wonder why. The problem is, that they want to bring the very source of their
misery with them and spread it to everyone else.

Have you eaten your Cheerios today, Mike? Your brain seems a tad foggy. Muslim
refugees and those seeking a better or different life hardly choose to bring
the blood and mayhem with them. It isn't about fleeing religion it's more about
trying to escape bloodthirsty mad men intent on killing people.
You seem to think that all of the problems in the middle east are Christian
based, caused by *Christian* countries, interfering  with them, when the fact
is that European countries have kept Arabs from destroying themselves. As I
said in an earlier post, most of these countries don't even identify as being
*christian*. They identify as being *liberal secular* societies.
I don't even know where to begin with this. Go eat your cereal.

I am not saying vote for Hillary, just that you might as well accept reality
when she is elected. I have several generations of public school teachers in my
family, so I advocate working within the existing system. I think the voucher
programs are a crock, and a mask for a radical christian in name only agenda.

School vouchers is true freedom of choice. I could care less if it would fund
religious schools.

Even Mao was influenced by Confucius and Buddha.
I think the Pope also received a welcome in Cuba just recently.

I would hardly call underground and behind-closed-doors following of one's
personal religious beliefs to result in, your own words, "a culture dominated
by some religion".

The only aggressive country in the middle east is Iran and they are a state
sponsor of international terrorism. The rest just have problems dealing with
terrorism,(born out of Islamic ideology) stemming from within their borders and
they call on us to help them deal with it. If we don't help, we become the
targets... here. So 9/11 , Fort hood, San Bernardino, Orlando and numerous
other smaller terrorist attacks here are BS. Yeah, we shove cruise missiles up
their asses when they attack us!If the holier than thou crap turns you off,

Everyone at all levels of the ™ movement does it.

It is quite time to stop using the Dome badge guidelines as weapon-ry against

Yep this support would be in alignment with Postmodern Public Health.

Colliding a radical reading of modern [Science-Based] public health policy and
mental health policy along with post-modern Transcendentalism should
aggressively assert a common need for a direct spiritual cultivation by 1]
meditation practice, 2] sudy of civics and science education, and 3] public
work in the service of others to engage this otherwise radicalist fanaticism of
religionists as antidote. Vast evidence of science on these points of
spiritual practices in meditation, study, and service to others would support
this too. It is time to put an end to fanatical religion by substituting a
deeper spirituality for all.

As transcendentalists we have advocated transformation by meditationist
practices, study of great spiritual works and literature, and doing good to
help others. Meditate and act. It is time.
