It's heartwarming to see the Sikhs have become part of the American community.
About three years ago, I made a trip o Chico, CA and stayed in a motel owned
by an Indian family. The front register was decorated with a picture of an
Indian guru. But the clerk was an American woman.

No, it’s not necessarily visas for the pundit program that is so worrying.
That program is much reduced and static at around 29 pundits now. Those pundit

at that level is hoping more for its financial existence, more than just
worrying about visas.

Actually, it's the 9th Circus that is *testing* the constitution. Maybe you

A bill is currently being drafted in Congress to break-up the 9th Circus into

Monsanto's Roundup Must Carry Cancer Warning Label, Judge DecreesStory
at-a-glance
   - In January, a California Superior Court Judge struck down Monsanto’s
attempt to overturn California’s 2015 ruling to require Prop 65 warnings on
glyphosate. Monsanto says it will challenge the ruling, if upheld
   - The Prop 65 cancer warning is based on the 2015 findings of the
International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), which determined glyphosate
is a probable human carcinogen
   - A chemical industry front group, Campaign for Accuracy in Public Health
Research (CAPHR), is seeking reform of the IARC toxicology program, arguing
that independent researchers cannot impartially evaluate the industry’s products
