that sounds even better than Worlds Best price wise. with 8 cats you think about thngs lke that. will check it out next time i am at TSC, thanks. Beth Noren maxgoodb...@gmail.com wrote: Hi, I like World's Best but it is cost-prohibitive for me. I have been using Dumor brand Starter/Grower Chick Feed from the Tractor Supply (plain corn, no antibiotics added). The granules are a little bigger than WBCL, so I have to shake the scoop a bit to get the clean stuff to fall through. But, at 13-14 bucks for a 50lb. bag, I don't mind. Hi Kelley, Me too! I like the way this box catches the urine in a reservoir. One of my boxes is a Tidy Cat Breeze right now. The cats love it, it is their favorite box too pee in, but the urine collection tray is too shallow and the pads are bad for the environment. It's too bad, I love the way it looks, and how the scoop can hang off the side, if it just had a urine bottle instead of the tray/pad combo it would be perfect... HAHA Barb! I had the same experience with Sweat Scoop. I actually had to take a hammer to pound the cement off the bottom of the litter pan. A few years ago I did a litter test. I bought a bunch of different brands of litter filled a box with each one - clay, Yesterday's News, Sweat Scoop, World's Best, Feline Pine... monitored the smell which boxes the cats were actually using. World's Best took the prize in eliminating smell was the one the cats liked best. Re: [Felvtalk] cat litter
We've had it here (on the west coast) for a while, but (and I'd have to check again) the price compared to all the rest is quite higher. It's made from corn and was using it when I had kittens that were being potty trained (if they ate it it wouldn't harm them) I use Swheat scoop now that is more cost effective I find if I mix it with other kitty litter it doesn't turn into cement. In any case I scoop a couple times a day since I have 6 cats (also why I can't afford World's Best... also I can't stand the smell of it... it's kind of yeasty and since I don't tolerate gluten it actually makes me a bit sick.
