[Framework-Team] PLIP #195: Support product dependencies
Dear framework team, I want to suggest PLIP 195 for inclusion in Plone 3.1. You can find the full thing here: http://plone.org/products/plone/roadmap/195. All implementation work has been done and no migrations are needed so I feel that this would be a good candidate for 3.1. Great! Perhaps it would be practical to select a spokesperson/ coordinator for the framework team who will deliver the final verdict? yes, it sure would. i've already picked up that suggestion (by martin) and sent a mail to the team members asking, but haven't got any responses yet... :) /me cheers for andi as spokesperson ;) regarding #195 i'm also +1. what i like about it, is that the actual 'heavy lifting' is done in the new versions of GS and CMFQuickInstaller and the plip 'only' addresses their integration. also, feature-wise it's a perfect candidate for 3.1 imho as it adds a much requested feature w/o breaking anything. rock on. my $0.02, tom andi -- zeidler it consulting - http://zitc.de/ - [EMAIL PROTECTED] friedelstraße 31 - 12047 berlin - telefon +49 30 25563779 pgp key at http://zitc.de/pgp - http://wwwkeys.de.pgp.net/ plone 3.0.3 released! -- http://plone.org/products/plone ___ Framework-Team mailing list Framework-Team@lists.plone.org http://lists.plone.org/mailman/listinfo/framework-team ___ Framework-Team mailing list Framework-Team@lists.plone.org http://lists.plone.org/mailman/listinfo/framework-team
