[galaxy-user] Clip doesn't see my FASTQ file
Hello, I'm using Galaxy on the PSU server. I uploaded a FASTQ file that I want to run the Clip Adapter Tool, but this tool does not see my FASTQ file in the 'Library to clip' drop-down. I have successfully run FASTQC on this same file, so Galaxy does properly see this file as being a FASTQ file. Any thoughts? thanks, Steve Stephen Eacker, Ph.D. Research Associate Dawson Lab Institute for Cell Engineering Johns Hopkins Medical Institute (443) 287-5605 seack...@jhmi.edu ___ The Galaxy User list should be used for the discussion of Galaxy analysis and other features on the public server at usegalaxy.org. [galaxy-user] Server Error when running workflow
Hello, I'm using Galaxy main to run some workflows. I'm running into a "Server Error An error occurred. See the error logs for more information. (Turn debug on to display exception reports here)" when running my workflow. I've seen that a number of others in the Q&A archives have had similar problems that were resolved by patches. [galaxy-user] Operate on genomic intervals: Join
Hello, I using operate on genomic intervals on some data and it always seems to ignore the strand information. Am I missing something or does "operate of genomic intervals" disregard strand information? Is there a tool that does the inner join function and takes into account strand information? thanks, Steve Stephen Eacker, Ph.D. Postdoctoral Fellow Dawson Lab Institute for Cell Engineering Johns Hopkins Medical Institute (443) 287-5605 seack...@jhmi.edu ___ The Galaxy User list should be used for the discussion of Galaxy analysis and other features on the public server at usegalaxy.org.
