Hi, I just figured this was pertanent to the list Sony announced early Monday that Phil Harrison, president of Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios--and therefore the head of the PlayStation group--would be stepping down as of Feb. 29, 2008. No specific reason was given for Harrison's departure. Kazuo Hirai, president and group CEO of Sonly Computer Entertainment International, will assume Harrison's position. you need to find a file called sapisvr.exe then run it. This error is a result probably because the rec engine and sapi4 have issues then something was not run or something. find and run sapisvr.exe then it should all work. well there is another way. It envolves sacrofising sapi4 support. 1. reformat then load everything but sapi4. I don't know how to uninstall sapi4 as well as the actual api itself. Hi Nicol, No, there isn't any resemblence in what Phil is planning and Grand Theft Auto. Phil's Cops and Robbers game is more generic where you play a cop chasing down crooks and can get out of your patrol car to chase on foot. Grand Theft Auto is much more complex, violent, and has a lot more sexual content than I think Phil has in mind.
