I think Federation II is what you want here. I could be wrong because I
never played it much and it seemed to be a bit donation heavy, but I know
that most of the game is based around trading, economy and some building.

don't get me wrong i love star conquest but they've got the trading
element of it far from right i think. for example, they expect you to find
the trading centres all yourself. i don't actually agree with that, a
trader should find the best routes yes but all the trading centres should
be known or how can any given economy be expected to be maintained or even
grow if the supply of goods is based on knowing where the trading centres
are? to me that's somewhat silly.

Hi, was wondering if there were any muds out there that combined the
role playing fighting style of alter aeon, with a chance for ship to
ship combat like that one mud that people were talking about regarding
choosing to be a pirate, a trader, smuggler, etc.

Hi all,
So some spoilers are here because I need a bit of help. After getting the guard
drunk and leave the room, come back to see that he took his helmet and cloak
off, among other things, and I just found the Bottle of Poison. Examining it it
says I could use this on I know who… and um, that'd be the guard? However when
I use the Bottle of Poison with the guard it won't let me use it. The
pocketknife won't unlock the strongbox either which I thought would have. Does
anyone know how to use the poison on the guard or when do i use it? Already
tried it on the Librarian just for cureosity's sake but I'm convinced it's the

I think that is a bug. I got past it by going to the menu and loading the
last save. In order to open that bulkhead you have to grab the green gem
then go to the east wing corridor and grab the six other gems. Take those to
the lion's head statue in the main corridor and you'll automatically use
them all. That enables you to return to the dark corridor and approach the
altar that Nicolas calls the First Altar. You'll use the key automatically
at that point. Then anytime you approach the altar you'll enter the secret
library itself.

It is, but it's very structured. By that I mean once you reach a certain

choices you have. It's not so open-ended. Which is unfortunate really.

Depends on what kind of ships you mean. If you're talking spaceships,
there are some starwars muds that offer fighting similar to alter

are several, but they're usually in the endgame, like Medievia at
 hero levels.

 Subject: [Audyssey] Mud Question

Hi, was wondering if there were any muds out there that combined the
role playing fighting style of alter aeon, with a chance for ship to
ship combat like that one mud that people were talking about
regarding choosing to be a pirate, a trader, smuggler, etc.

 Thanks

 Keith

I think that is a bug. I got past it by going to the menu and loading the
last save. In order to open that bulkhead you have to grab the green gem then
go to the east wing corridor and grab the six other gems. Take those to the
lion's head statue in the main corridor and you'll automatically use them
all. That enables you to return to the dark corridor and approach the altar
that Nicolas calls the First Altar. You'll use the key automatically at that
point. Then anytime you approach the altar you'll enter the secret library
 itself.

Okay, now what the heck, is this a bug or what? Finally got to the Secret
Library and arrived at the Wall of Forbidden Knowledge or whatever. Now it
won't let me do anything at all here. I can only enter my inventory and
that's it. I could use the key to the secret library but with what? It should
at least let me go back to the previous area.

 Hi Kimberly.

The Inquisitor is an audio game in the style of an adventure, sort of a
cross between a point and click game and text adventure. You are summoned
to investigate some strange goings on in a nearby abbey, people have
reported visions of a strange lusty woman riding a fiery horse and believe
its the devil in carnet. The game is available for IOS, that is to say
IPhone, IPod and IPad and is also available as a PC and MAC download from
 http://www.eymerich.it/index.php?lang=engcenter=audiogame

All the best and i hope this answers all your questions about availability
etc., the platform you choose to use to play on is entirely up to you, the
game is the same however the different control scheme might suit some better

 than others.

 Talk soon, Ibrahim XX.

I have two questions for this game.
 1. How do I repair the saddle? Sorta lost on what I have to do, and if

 2. How do I make the sign of the cross? Whenever I do it, it either
 brings
up my map or my inventory. Am I making it to large? I've tried making it
smaller, but nothing seems to be working. I've tried it in both
 landscape

 Hi everyone:

I have the inquisitor for the computer and I am stuck on a point in the
game and was hoping for some help.

I am near the beginning and I need to get the acorn from the squirrel. I
created the trap and I have the walnut.

If I understand it right that is what I am supposed to use for the
squirrel to trap it However I can not figure out how to do it.

I have tried to use the trap with walnut, use trap with walnut, use
 walnut
with trap walnut with squirrel but nothing else

Could someone please tell me what the correct way of doing it is?

 thanks so much in advance.

 Sincerely,

 Mike

Re: [Audyssey] pacmate games

2013-03-15 Thread Ken The PionEar
I put together a huge pack of games for the Pac Mate. Louis is hosting it
on his Braillesoft site. It has everything from chess to NetHack to bubble
busters. Every time I think about some of those games I really miss my pac
mate. Ah well, I have an iPhone now, and it's a lot better really. Yet I
miss those games, especially NetHack after I redesigned the ASCII characters
to make it look more like a map on the display.
