While this AT Prime software may revolutionize screen reading and be able to open up many inaccessible applications I don't see it making that much of an impact on the majority of games. The reason is most applications, standard applications, have some sort of controls like buttons, scrollbars, toolbars, editboxes, etc that can be put into some sort of virtual buffer that a screen reader can and will understand. Games on the other hand don't have any of that. They are mostly a series of 2d and 3d graphics that can't be compared to a control or be assigned to a textual representation since neither your screen reader or AT Prime is likely to be equipped to translate graphics into something accessible. It would require some form of artificial intelligence to describe something as complex as a night wearing armor, with a big sword, riding a big fire breathing dragon. Screen readers and I suspect AT Prime aren't up to giving us that kind of detailed feedback. Cheers! Apparently the chap is investigating some sort of AI to be able to identify GUI elements that aren't exposed as any sort of control. It's unlikely to be in version 1, but I'm thinking that combined with decent OCR might make some headway with menus, screens pertaining to online play and such. My name is Brorn on there although only just started so not done anything yet apart from wander the streets a little. started in chadock or whatever the city is called as I was advised that was the best place to start. Hi Charles, Out of curiosity, have you noticed that in some circumstances, you cannot play Wild draw 4 cards? I am finding this happening on more than one occasion. So I am curious to hear what your and others' experiences are. The only time I have noticed this is if I can play a card of the color of the top card in the stack we lay cards onto. I didn't look through the rules of the game, and am thinking that this was one of the game rules. It's been a long time since I've played this game until I got it onto my phone. --- Be positive!
