Yes and no. If you have 32 bit windows, you can technically run dos applications natively, although they most likely aren't gonna run well considering most of the games require a dos screenreader. 64bit is simply out of the question. I'd recommend using talking dosbox to play them. You'll get a real dos experience out of it, anyway. Hey all, I don't like when people start talking about one thing by leaving intact a subject line. But answering to every message with something like "What does this have to do with the subject line of this message?" is also a topic which doesn't have anything to do with the subject line! Now to the subject. :) I have a problem with the deadman's witch. Sometimes, when I want to start from a station, it just won't budge. It turns on after some time at random, although I don't do anything. It makes me sometimes get late a minute or even two, so what is the problem? Best! [Audyssey] making a mod of an unsupported Draconis game
I put a support ticket into Draconis about this a long time ago, but they never answered, possibly because they don't talk about unsupported games on their support line, for obvious reasons. But I am making a mod of ESP Whoop Ass. One day, I looked at the material I had gathered during my visit to AGArchive, and I noticed that ESP Whoop Ass and Christmas Whoop Ass were really the same computer program packaged with different files, so I figured I'd make my own mod using clips from a movie I like. Now, the game comes with a license, but how does that license apply since ESP Whoop Ass doesn't seem to be supported these days? Can I legally distribute my mod of this game for free? [Audyssey] alteraeon gravekeeper's quest
I got the quest done and did the Ranger's quests and am doing idlewild quests now. The second graveyard maze in the gravekeeper's quest was very puzzling to me for a time. I finally figured it out by writing the maze down and noticed how rooms in it changed and which rooms did not change. First corner rooms do not change and the maze is four columns and two rows of rooms to start out. A room in both rows starts off with east/west as possible passage directions. Then touching stones in those rooms changes the passage directions. When you start the maze you'll be on the bottom row. You want to go east through the east/west passage room each time you get to one of those rooms you'll then get to the top row of the maze and you go east through the second east/west passage room on that row. Once that's done you'll be going through a snake-like passage and whatever you do, do not retrace your steps in that passage always enter a room you were never in before. You'll get to the edge of the graveyard and have to kill a couple monsters then you meet the ferryman and give him the black coin and he takes you across into the gravekeeper's graveyard which is the third graveyard in that quest. Once you kill the gravekeeper and get his hand be sure you're completely healed before meeting the blacksmith again since the blacksmith will lock the door and suddenly turn into the next monster corrick you have to kill. Stuff I didn't figure out on that quest. Could the magic circle at all be used by those doing the quest and if so how? The door going south west of the blacksmith's shop which had a tremendous amount of evil behind it I never did figure a way to enter and don't know if that ought to be done by those doing the quest. Finally the censer; I got the leather bag and used it on the red dust and used the bag on the censer and just summoned a demon who told me I'd pay for my interferrence and the puppetmaster would be responsible. I don't know if the censer which is secured to the floor is meant to do anymore than that for those playing the quest. The black coin you need for the ferryman is in the secret room with the censer. It's not necessary to kill the dark priestess and is very hard to do so but if you can manage it loot her corpse since she has stuff you'll eventually be able to use. -- --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to gamers-unsubscr...@audyssey.org. [Audyssey] EuroFly question
Hi my name is John Sanders. I have a question: every time I try to launch EuroFly, it says loading and the different country names. It does it on every euroFly session. Is it supposed to do that on every startup of the game? I would also like to see features on contacting clearence delivery for clearence to the airport you are going to and contacting ground for taxie instructions. And once in the air for contacting departure for departing the airport. And then after departure, I would also like to see the ability to contact center controlers for the remainder of the flight until you get to your destination. Is this something that could be added in to the game? I hope to hear from you soon. Re: [Audyssey] Converting dosgames to windows.
Yes and no. If you have 32 bit windows, you can technically run dos applications natively, although they most likely aren't gonna run well considering most of the games require a dos screenreader. 64bit is simply out of the question. I'd recommend using talking dosbox to play them. You'll get a real dos experience out of it, anyway. Re: [Audyssey] The train now standing at platform N A Soft is Tube Sim, and its ready to depart.
Hi Jason, from Ron Kolesar. If you'd like a truck simulator? Go to the following web page. www.truckingsim.com You will need jaba installed onto your pc to play this game. But once you install jaba, you really never have to touch the jaba program at all. Don't ask me why the truck driving game needs Jaba. SMILES. But you will need to think up a user name and a password. Then once you're in, you'll have to ask yourself, do I want to drive as a independent driver, or do I want to drive for a company? If, you'd like to drive for a company? Check out second place Big Mountain Express. The boss lady is in Canada and is one hour a head of us who live on the east coast. So, for all truck drivers out there, there's my Christmas present for you all. [Audyssey] Eurofly, the first complex flight simulator for the blind.
Folks, I've tried to improve the English translation of the game page below by Stefan Kiss of Kissoft: http://www.eurofly.stefankiss.sk/ Eurofly, the first complex flight simulator for the blind. It is also a digital atlas. The game is based on real gps data, and contains a large map of the world. Have you ever wanted to find out what was at a gps coordinate? Enter your home city and find out what is ten km to the north, south, west, or east or in a specific angle. Have you ever wanted to be a pilot of an aircraft and take passengers from one country to another? Or have you ever wanted to fly a collection of small as well as big planes with hundreds of passengers with real parameters as seen in airports? If yes, this is a right game for you. Download and try our freeware program Eurofly and have fun. You can play Eurofly with a joystick instead of keyboard control. Do you want to feel more like a pilot in a real aircraft cockpit? If yes, a joystick or flight controller is the right choice for you. Do you already have a joystick and want to use It with Eurofly? Well, you can use this amazing application, which will do It for you. Eurofly 1.7.5 fix was released 32 and 64-bit. English and Slovenská verzia / slovak versions Eurofly 1.7.1 Flying simulator and digital map of world for blinds. Full installation contains all addons and language packs. Added tuesday 22. november 2016 - 1837 downloaded There are 3 new english dispatchers, (Sarah, William, and Steve Murgaski) and one stewardess (Natalie). --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to gamers-unsubscr...@audyssey.org.
