Re: [Audyssey] Swamp question
Is that how much it costs? Not too bad at all. For some reason, I was thinking it'd be something like $10. But eh, it don't matter. Is it like a monthly membership thingie, where you pay $15 every month, or is it just a one-time only payment kinda deal? Just curious. Hmm. Well, because I, myself, was wanting to give Swamp a whirl, specially after John's awesome recordings of it. But I tried the last link he sent, the version 3.5 one, and I too received a 404 file/page not found thingie. Weird that. Dang! Really did wanna try Swamp too. Well, I will have to purchase a wireless USB mouse, as this laptop I have uses a trackpad thingie, not you know a ball or clicker, so I've no clue what I'm actually clicking on and it's very annoying. If I need to use a mouse to play this thing, I want a mouse that actually has, you know, regular buttons that I can maybe feel. Lol. Do any of y'all have a link that might work, or should I just try John's Game Archive one again later? Oh, and I am using Win7, and my default homepage or whatever is Google, so I've no clue why it gave me a file not found, but whatever. Probably something simply rectified. Least I hoep so, I wanna try shooting me some zombies! :D On 11/20/16, Rajmundwrote: > Same issue. Aw. Rats! Lol. Well, I actually did think of one more suggestion, if you were so inclined, that is. :D It's an interesting little game, not sure what you'd classify this one as, but I think it would make for an interesting podcast. For it is, at least I think so anyways, a rather interesting concept. The game I speak of is Survive the Wild, which you probably have heard of. Sam Tupy made it, you know? So yeah, one more suggestion for ya my friend. If you're not sick of me by now with suggestions lol. Re: [Audyssey] recordings
Hey John! Well, it is an old game, but maybe Sarah and the Castle of Wizardry? Oops,, think I mangled the title, but I'm sure you know the one i mean. It's a thought, anyways. If I think of any other suggestions for recordings, I'll definitely drop you a line. I only just now thought of Sarah though, because even though it is old, I would buy it if I could; Don't know where to get a hold of it, though. Is it GMA Games who makes it? I forget. But yeah. Meh. I actually think Braillemon's kinda boring. Manamon really is better. Certainly there is way more stuff to do, and the music is cooler But that's just me. Not bagging on the game it's fine, I just honestly prefer Aaron's game. Well that really sucks! I am sorry, Lori. I thought that Sam was more sensible, but it is clear that he is not. Well I did think this game was okay; I don't use mac so I didn't care that it was only on Windows, but I shall not be party to a game where good people whom I consider friends are being mistreated, and no lawful, just action is being taken! For that is not honour. Sam is young yet though, and I do hope that he grows the frack up and sees what a chameleon his supposed friend is! And i don't know you well, Lori, but you are a good friend of Bryan Peterson who was my ex, so any good friend of Bryan's is a good friend of mine! Bryan's good people! smile Sorry for the off topic Dark, just wanted Lori to know that I too, am on her side. Both Sam and Walter's conduct is, in my opinion, untenable! And I am officially mad, now. Lol Dark, that'd be great, you could do an entombed recording of the adventures of Dark the Necromancer. :) From Lori. -Original Message- From: dark Sent: Wednesday, June 04, 2014 5:38 PM To: Gamers Discussion list Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Smugglers 5 Recording? Hi Lori. that one was for a general gaming podcast called electronic soop, who were doing a special on access, I was asked to do it by Barry Ellis from Oneswitch.org.uk, sort of the audiogames.net for motion impared gamers. I thought I had a copy on sendspace but the ss goblins seem to have made away with it, I'll see about uploading a new one next week. You are right I really should do more podcasts about games because they are rather fun. The principle reason I don't is that it involves basically having to rearrange my quadrophonic speakers to a position where they'll be audible through the sterreo mikes on my Rowland recorder, but I really should just do this rather than keep thinking oh it's quite a pest Beware the grue! Hi Dark, I remember that old recording you did, and feel we don't hear enough of your fine voice. I still love the one where you reviewed a couple of games, tomb hunter being 1, only I can't remember what podcast that one was for and i sadly don't have it on my machine anymore. Remember those fire pits? :) From Lori. -Original Message- From: dark Sent: Wednesday, June 04, 2014 4:39 PM To: Gamers Discussion list Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Smugglers 5 Recording? Hi Leo. I was thinking of doing a sequel to my long ago smugglers 3 podcast with one about s5, or perhaps s5 invasion to show the new features and answer some of the constant questions about the game. I am not making any promises, and certainly if I do anything it'll be next week when I'm back at my flat, but it is certainly something I might well do in the future. Beware the grue! Re: [Audyssey] Alter Aeon 19th Anniversary
Sweet! Thanks Dentin! Yay! ^ On 1/15/14, Dennis Towne s...@xirr.com wrote: The 19th Anniversary event has officially started! The theme is 'zombie invasion', and you can expect to see a lot of undead wandering the game for the next few days. These creatures will gradually become quite dangerous, so keep an eye out for other players and think about how you might secure various areas against them. This is a multi-day event primarily aimed at mid- to high-level players, and it will be slowly ramping up in difficulty until Saturday. Talk to the Captain of the Ralnoth City Guard in Ralnoth Square to start the quests and jump into the storyline. Happy anniversary from the staff of Alter Aeon!
