Hi all, Well, I am not able to complete level 7. Any tips, what to do? When the level starts, I turn emediatly as soon as I am very close to the two vihicles and then I follow the car and try not to crash into it but I lost fuel. What to do? I have just installed the Microsoft SAPI 5.1 SDK and I want to run the voice training but I am not able to read the phrases either with JAWS or Window-Eyes. Hi, I managed to get it working. I used the JAWS cursor and I read on my braille display and on that I could see what words were recognized and I was able to finish the first training session without any problems and I also turned off the speech so no other noise was in the background. Hi Bryan, Was just curios, any special sound that you don't find realistic? I have noticed that if you listen closely with headphones you can actually hear the looping of the engine sound. The radio sound could have been a little better from my opinion. And the sound file of the engines could have been a bit longer. [Audyssey] Autopilote and some other tdv questions
Hi all, Yes, I know that I will find these things out when I have purchased the game, but just want to know. In racing mode I don't find any use of the autopilote feature. Will it be used in story mode of the game? Also, when you get into story mode, if you have done that, are the objects on the ground placed randomy each time you start over? Hi, I just wanted to tell that I have been able to land one time now and going to try it again. It wasn't that hard when I had figured it out. First I quickly decended and I decreast my speed to about 200 knots and let the aircraft slowly decent. and then I focused on the land beacon and my angle was about 160 and when I got to 800 feat I pressed g and the aircraft landed just fine! Must try it again now, smiles. [Audyssey] Exiting gameplay of TDV
Hi all, OK, so I am just trying out the dmeo of the game and it's great so far. One feature I really miss is to be able to exit out of a gameplay session. The only way for me to do this is to use the Windows taskmanager and quit TDV that way. I really ohpe that this will be added in some future release since this is not the most convenient way to exit out of a gameplay session. [Audyssey] Sound problem since changing mainboard
Hi all, I have changed mainboard and also this changed to a different model of Realtek, Realtek High definition audio. On my old one i had a realtek AC97. I have removed my old drivers and installed the new ones without any problems. However, there seem to be some problems with some games at least with Shades of Doom. When i start the game i know that there is an upcoming door on to the left but it sounds from the right! Also, when I open the door the entrance sounds like if it is to the right and not to the left and i have my speakers/headphones placed correctly. Hi all, I haven't been on this list for a while so maybe htis has already been discussed. I am currently trying out the demo of this game, have installed the latest patch for it but i cannot seem to be able to open the dungeon door at the beginning of the game. I can unlock it but when I press Enter to open it, I get the magical items left. If I walk away from the door nothing happens when i press enter again. If I go back i still get the magic items left. [Audyssey] Question about Monty
Hi Thomas and all, First, I have completed the game on easy difficulty and now going to play the normal level. I really like the game and the sound effects are great! one thing that i really hope will be in the full release is a little more random gameplay. Like monsters and other objects are placed at random locations each time you start a new game. Since now I know where monsters as well as gems and healing potions are located. What do you think? Hi Simon, I have tried several poker sites, some of them works better than the other. I have also contacted them but with no interest from them. Some of them are actually showing the cards as text but you cant take a seat at the table since you have to click on a graphic. I have tried clicking all graphics but with no luck. Some of them offers keyboard shortcuts for folding, raising and calling. Maybe some pokersite could be accessible with some scripts or simular. I'd really like to try them out since you have thousands of players there. [Audyssey] Accessible games and Binaural audio
Hi all, Some time ago the Danish company Am3D released the Blind eye which had the objective of collecting instruments by walking around a city with the help of Binaural Audio which lets you hear objects that are behind, below, in front or above when using headphones. It is amazing since it sounds like you are there. When I make my recordings I some times use binaural microphones to memorize places and such for orientation and also special events. You can hear walls, if someone is tall/short, echos, etc. So my question is, has anyone heared about some other game that use Binaural audio? [Audyssey] Cant connect to a mud
Hi all, I am trying to connect to a Swedish mud but when I connect and try to enter a username nothing happens. The username prompt is still there and I have tried pressing enter but nothing happens. [Audyssey] Question about submitting a game recording
Hi all, I have recently created a recording of me playing Shades of Doom 1.2. difficulty so you think you've had it bad so far. It is me playing the first two levels of the game. But unfortunatly I don't have the ability of talking while I am playing so I have only said hi at the beginning of the recording. I am also working at a Pipe2 recording as well. So my question is if someone would be interested in this recording anyway? I also apreciate your feedback about the gameplay. I am currently searching for a place to upload the mp3 file. Yes, you can register for a playmoney account which means you play for fun and not real money. I am very interested in others opinions since I think if someone creates scripts for this client I think it could be more accessible. The biggest problem so far is picking a seat at a table. Hi all, For those of you who might be interested in poker I Recently ttried out an online poker site with the cards shown as text in the chat box. It is possible to use hotkeys for folding, calling, racing, etc. However, there are a few things that don't work very well and that could maybe be fixed by Jaws scripts. [Audyssey] metiorites in Lords of Galaxy
Hi all, I am having problems with navigating the meteorites in Lords of Galaxy. When I hear one infront of me i hit the right arrow, it says right direction but I keep crashing.
