[Audyssey] Question on MOTA
Hi Tom, I appoligize if this question has been asked already, but when you press shift control arrow for a running jump, nothing happens. She just takes a step. Is this supposed to be like this? Hi Ryan, When using the running-jump commands Angela will run up to the trap, and jump it as soon as she is near the fire pit, lava pit, chasm, etc. However, if she isn't near a trap she will run as normal. I'm getting the same problem. Hi Shane, That's what it is suppose to do. If she is six steps away from a fire pit she isn't going to jump it from six feet away. Use a little common sense. She has to run up to it before jumping it. Since people have a little problem understanding how it works here is a spoiler. s p o i l e r s p a c e When entering a room with a trap hold down the shift+control+arrow key. Angela will run x number of steps, and soon as she is about one foot from the trap you will hear her automatically jump. Hold down the control+arrow key until she clears the trap. She runs for me, no problem. It's almost too easy as I can start a level by just holding ctrl shift, and she runs like normal and jumps the pit like it's nothing. Of course that doesn't work on some rooms, where two pits are next to each other, but it works fine for most simple pit traps. Not that I mind, as playing Battle Zone and Moosik have made me tired of the typical pit trap--she just jumps 'em and moves on.
