I had a look at another copy of Wilkner`s report and the 9680 mis-ID was 
attributed to XM, the anonymous DXer on Cedar Key FL, not Wilkner himself. Glenn

What you had on 9680 after 0500 was surely Zambia, while what Wilkner had on 
9680 after 0100 certainly was NOT. VOH never said they would broadcast at that 
hour. Instead as in HFCC it must have been IBB in Tibetan via Kuwait, at 01-02

 Ajelin aamupäivällä Jyväskylästä Ouluun. Jo alkumatkasta alkoi
autoradion näytössä näkyä ihan muita nimiä kuin Nova ja kumppanit.
Koko matkan ajan kuuluikin koko ajan 10-20 vierailta mailta asemaa.
Asiaa! Lähinnä tuli Romaniaa ja Puolaa, mutta seassa muutakin. Pari
parasta näkyi RDS:änä yli 100 kilsaa!

Kolme tuntia kuuntelin, ja nyt teen ruokaa.
Mulla Hailuodossa Romania (paljon), Puola, Slovakia...
Tämä oli minulle toinen kunnon kelipäivä (se eka oli 29.5.) kun omalta
kohdaltani menin missaamaan ne pitkäkestoiset Venäjä- kelit tässä välissä.
Nauhalla on paljon tavaraa varmistettavaksi tältä päivältä.
Mutta ei hassumpaa... =)

(MRI) on 8, 15, 22 and 30 June 2016 [timeidx:146723760::1] : 1730-1830 UTC 
on 13960 kHz (USB mode), 1915-2015 UTC on 15070 kHz (USB mode) and 2045-2145 
UTC on 7700 kHz (USB Mode).



Our broadcasts include some kind of programmes now sadly missing from most 
shortwave radio stations: an old style DX show in English “Italian Short Wave 
Panorama” with lot of recent logs as well as a mailbag programme in Italian. 
Our station identification announcements are not only in English and Italian 
but also in French, German, Spanish and Catalan.



MRI encourages reception reports from listeners. Audio clips (mp3-file) of our 
broadcasts are welcome! We QSL 100%. Our electronic mail address is:
