As was mentioned elsewhere, so has Connectix (who MS bought out). But having played with both, I've had much better success with Virtual PC (post SP1) (Example of OS support: http://vpc.visualwin.com. Both products do a very good job of what they do. There are some things about each I prefer to the other. I've got a bunch of VirtualPC licenses that came with my Action Pack subscription, just haven't had the opertunity to play around with it yet. Could be a good way to try out 2K3 and exchange though...
