As was mentioned elsewhere, so has Connectix (who MS bought out).  But
having played with both, I've had much better success with Virtual PC (post
SP1)  (Example of OS support: http://vpc.visualwin.com.

Both products do a very good job of what they do.  There are some things
about each I prefer to the other.  However, VPC is something more people on
this list (as MAPS) members will have, and it's something that is a lot
cheaper to go buy.

So has Contectix, which is what VirtualPC is from as MS bought them.  For 
the most part they each have the same functionality.

Yeah, I've heard that before. I've got a bunch of VirtualPC licenses that
came with my Action Pack subscription, just haven't had the opertunity to
play around with it yet. Could be a good way to try out 2K3 and exchange
though...
