[hlds] HLDS Problem
Hi. I used to run hlds well in the past. However recently when I wanted to host back my server with hldsupdatetool.exe, I type this cmd hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game cstrike -dir . However it wrote no steam content is available, please try again later. This problem has been persistent for few days already. Any solutions?? _ Your E-mail and More On-the-Go. Re: [hlds] [HLDS Problem] Ghost Players
I see this occasionally but almost never with a full server. The last person or 2 on a server will sometimes ghost like you are saying. When the server is empty and showing a couple ghost players, a map change will always clear it out if you don't feel like doing a total reboot. This issue has been introduced with the server info caching features some time ago. We also see a lot of ghost players, although they mostly clear out good.
