Not because of anything doing with mani. Just a vulnerability in the source engine and es_tools allows culprits to take control of mani. But I would go to the sourcemod forums (http://forums.alliedmods.net/forumdisplay.php?f=52) and look around there. Many people have written scripts/addons for security fixes.
