Thanks for that Kevin Bernie, is there any chance you could extend the deadline? I have 2 mailboxes to do including our main PR contact one, and that would have to be tomorrow, and I already have a very full schedule for tomorrow. I guess this means no web access for those accounts? so I have to dedicate a computer for those I also have no idea what the volume of the mailboxes is... Then, you could setup a filtering rule to sort all incoming messages addressed to the sugarlabs.org accounts into those folders. If you are using Thunderbird, the definitive guide is: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=enctx=mailanswer=75725 That will set Thunderbird to read your mail. Yes, with an IMAP enabled client such as Thunderbird you can easily copy and relocate all your mail folders. If you want to keep it online with GoogleApps, you can do the same to move all the mail to another gmail account. With an SFTP client such as CyberDuck, users can easily access, relocate or archive all their GoogelDoc files.
