Re: [JAWS-Users] Wildcard Searches Once More
There has got to be a way to do this without going to the DOS prompt. When you use Windows+e to open windows Explorer, there is an search box in there. I've got to admit I have not been all that successful in using this, but I figured that I just did not know what I was doing. Someone on this list must know how to use it. [JAWS-Users] wells fargo update
Thanks so much to those who replied to my wells Fargo issue. I had a call this afternoon from the very patient Wells Fargo tech guy I spoke to yesterday. It seems that the problem stems from the use of the Tab key. I would normally tab from edit field to edit field when logging in. Instead now, I still use the "E" to get to the edit field and enter to turn it on, but then I have to turn mode forms off and use the arrow key to move to the next edit field instead of using the tab. Not a real problem, just a changing of habit. Thanks again. Becky For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/

Re: [JAWS-Users] Updating Adobe Flash Player
Minite hasn't had Adobe Flash for several months now, due to a copyright issue. What you need to do is get to the installer, if you see three buttons with the first being unlabeled, the second is I and the third is Q. Click the unlabeled button with your spacebar, that is the button that you are agreeing to their license terms. Then, click the I Install button. You might try convenient OCR to see if the install button might be announced as well. It is a lot harder upgrading Adobe Flash now than it used to be when it was available through Minite. Oh, and another idea, go into Adobe Flash options and set it to notify you of updates. - Original Message - From: "Siobhan" To: Sent: Tuesday, July 30, 2013 8:34 AM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Updating Adobe Flash Player Hi. Re: [JAWS-Users] windows media player
Hi Steven, I assume you mean windows media player 12 on windows 7. In windows media player, if you open the context menu of a track, then open the add to sub menu, then a number of play lists are shown on this sub menu. Unfortunately, only the last eight of so playlists which have been created are shown. However, the last item on the menu is additional playlists, and if you open this, you can select any playlist in dialog. As an alternative, you can: 1. select the playlist, and choose play from its context menu. The items in the playlist are then placed in the currently playing list (which is on the right side of the screen). 2. You can add tracks to this now playing list by opening the context menu, open the add to sub menu, and choosing playlist. The shortcut for this is ctrl+7. 3. When you've finished adding tracks, tab to the save list button, and press it. Alternately, press alt+s. David. original message: Using wmp 11 and windows 7. Somehow, my ability to add items to my play list are no longer working.
