Hm. Does Windows itself pick up the other drive? I don't know anything about
this Mp3 Ripper program. But if Windows doesn't pick up the drive, the
program probably can't either. And I thought I remembered you posting
something earlier about Windows itself not being able to register your
external drive? I could be wrong. Haha

Maybe look around in the program for a preferences, or settings, dialog box.
There might be options in there to select source or destination drives.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did send an inquiry, and yes, there was no
response on their part. I am attempting to use an external CD Rom, and the
program does not pick it up; just my internal one. And I cannot seem to find
out how to pick up an additional drive. Very aggravating.

I saw your question and even did a quick google search, and couldn't find
anything. I don't think anyone heere knows. Didn't you say you already wrote
them an e-mail? If you're not receiving any response, it could be that the
developers do not really give support for this product, either because it's
old or because it's not considered a priority. If you're really stuck, and
the internet can't provide you with any answers on how to make this program
work for you, it might just be best to move on to a different piece of
software.
