Hi All; I suggested to a friend that she update to XPSP3 and so she had a Jaws chalenged / sighted friend help her using the direct download link provided by Mr. Ferrin. After the download install was complete she got a message stating that the catalogue files were not installed. would you all please tell me if this is normal or something went wrong and if something went wrong, how to fix the issue? Hi Flor Mo; Thank you both for your input. I think the problem is that I forgot to tell them to disable the anti-virus program before installing SP3.
