Context is to the immediate left of the right Ins key on a standard desktop.
Right click refers to the right mouse button.

Some laptop's don't have such a key, here you must use shift+f10 instead.

The Applications Key, just to the left of the right Control Key in normal
101-key keyboards, give you a Context Menu.
Shift-Applications sometimes gives some different choices.
If you can't find the Applications Key, Shift-F10 will usually do the same.

Wait, you want a file attached right?
Or are you trying to put the name of the document in the subject.

Copy, pasting a file works for me.

The other method is to press shift f10 or your applications key, arrow down
to the sendto submenu, right arrow, down arrow to mail recipient press
enter, your outlook should open and it should be attached.

Hi J,

The applications key or Shift + F10 is usually the key or keystroke normally
used to open / access the context menu. If you want steps for sending
attachments we will need to know which email client / program operating
system you're running.
Take care.

Is the applications key the same? I tried sending an attachment using the
directions I copied ages ago and couldn't attach the song I wanted to send.
Maybe I should just start over with asking about sending an attachment.
Thanks!

Hi.

If you have a desktop computer where the keyboard has 4 key's to the right
from spacebar, than you have the context menu key just next to the right
ctrl button.
Some laptop's don't have such a key, here you must use shift+f10 instead.

When you're in the message field, just go over to your documents and copy
the document you want to attach, then paste it to the email. You are not
going to see it in the message field, so you need to shift tab to see your
attachments. Right arrow to read if it's there. If you need several
attachments, then select all of them at once in your documents, then follow
this same steps to attach all of them.

Take care and hope this helps.

Hi.

If you have a desktop computer where the keyboard has 4 key's to the right
from spacebar, than you have the context menu key just next to the right
ctrl button.
Some laptop's don't have such a key, here you must use shift+f10 instead.

Where do you find the right click and/or context key?
