Some laptop's don't have such a key, here you must use shift+f10 instead. The Applications Key, just to the left of the right Control Key in normal 101-key keyboards, give you a Context Menu. Shift-Applications sometimes gives some different choices. If you can't find the Applications Key, Shift-F10 will usually do the same. j: To avoid a few steps and make your life a little bit easier, you can simply focus on the document, press CTRL c to copy it to the clipboard, open your email client up, then CTRL V to paste it. To send an attachment, while in your email, hit Insert I. In my case I hit enter, then shift tab to My Documents, find the document I want to attach, hit Enter, then hit Send. I never thought about using Applications, but just tried it, Applications key, Shift Application key and Shift F10, and it did not give the choice for Attachment, but Insert I will. Wait, you want a file attached right? Or are you trying to put the name of the document in the subject. Copy, pasting a file works for me. Don't paste the attachment in the Subject field. Paste it on the Message field. Then shift tab once and then right arrow. You will hear message. Hi, If, your using Outlook 07 to 13, the command to attach a file is: Alt + H, then A F. Or alt + N, then A F. Then tab through to the my documents open. Arrow to your music folder and locate the MP3 track you want to attach. Then tab to the attach button. Then, you should end up back in the message body. When you're in the message field, just go over to your documents and copy the document you want to attach, then paste it to the email. You are not going to see it in the message field, so you need to shift tab to see your attachments. Right arrow to read if it's there. If you need several attachments, then select all of them at once in your documents, then follow this same steps to attach all of them. Take care and hope this helps.
