[JAWS-Users] toshiba computer frozen
Hf, I have a toshiba windows 7 computer. Today I used apple software update and it didn't install properly. I went and hit altogether-fbled and hit restart. All was well until the shut down sound. After a minute, I heard nothing at all. I tried to enter my password and nothing happened. I hit the power button and the computer did not turn on. I charged it and the same problem happened. I tried to start jaws manually and it wont even do anyshing. Basically it is unresponsive. How do I force the computer to restart? I did that. I turned it on and it would not speak. My dad saw this error: Windows didn't shut down correctly, would you like to turn it on in safe mode? My dad hit start normally. He hit enter. Now jaws started speaking again.
