Agreed about MSFT and IE. But, this behavior has been occurring for at least a year; and it doesn't occur when using other screen readers. Microsoft is taking their foot off the pedal with IE-11. Therefore, you should get used to using another browser. Several of the banks I log into for clients stopped allowing me to login with IE-11 forcing me to switch. OK! I tried the Costco hearing site using Jaws 2018,Win 10 and IE 11. No problem at all. My problem then would seem to be with Windows 7 or a Jaws 2018 problem With Windows 7. I can't tell you why this is, only that this was what I was told by FS tech support several years ago. If you uninstall J2018, make sure to leave shared components & settings.
