Yes, thank you, my dictation efforts come out way worse than yours did, thus I
never trust it.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Re: [JAWS-Users] Copying and pasting on the new job

2017-12-16 Thread Michael Babcock
I attempted that, however until i made the change in the quick settings the
system wouldn’t copy the text. Making this change has fixed it. Leveraging
flexible web has also taken out unnecessary text as well, allowing me to
automate some aspects of my notes.
Thanks to all for the advice, and hears a cool reference for Live Person, i’ll
be testing these keystrokes when i get back to work on Monday, and think i’ve
found alternative ways to get around the other issues I was having by
leveraging the salesforce widget within Live-engage.
"Multitasking with Hot Keys (Agent shortcuts) | LivePerson”
https://www.liveperson.com/services/technical-support/multitasking-hot-keys-agent-shortcuts#main-content

<https://www.liveperson.com/services/technical-support/multitasking-hot-keys-agent-shortcuts#main-content>
The Jaws scripting language looks to be very powerful, and the frame manager
has already helped me hear text with a keystroke.

What about setting a temp placemarker at the beginning, then going to the
end of the text you want to copy and doing the dual-layer keystroke
insert-space then M to mark the text and insert-space C to copy to
clipboard.

That would work, however I was hoping I wouldn’t have to virtualize a
webpage that I assumed should already have been virtualized in order for
me to copy and paste text. That’ll be a extra key stroke I have to use
prior to manipulating the text from each center that I have to get, and
apparently on some chance will have three or four centers we have to get

for the suggestion and I’ll give it a try when I get to work in an hour or
so.

Hey there everyone.

The new job is freaking amazing!

I say that, because I have yet to come across any “in accessible“ tool.

I am learning more about flexible web, to make my job a hell of a lot
easier, and eventually I’ll be substantially faster than any other agent
on the floor.

But, we have a slight issue!

Good job consists of a lot of copying and pasting, while switching
between windows.

Which is OK, except yesterday we noticed that when I selected text in
chrome, and pressed control seat, that text was not copied to the
clipboard.

The trainer sitting next to me said that she saw me highlight the text,
but when we posted in notepad, the last object prior to meet selecting
the text from the webpage and copying it was what was posted.

We are running the latest version of windows 10 (I think now I need to
look). And jars version 2018. (Again today I’m going to check for
update).

Has anyone came crossed the control see keystroke not copying text, and
if so, how did you fix it?

IT is open to doing whatever I need them to do in order to make me
successful, it helps that there are people on my team that I work with
seven years ago while taking calls for sprint and the software was not
even 25 percent as accessible as the software as were using now. Oh, and
the kind of might have chatted our team lead up, and said once I’m set in
my ways I’ll be as productive if not more productive than any other team
member. Also sidenote, live person the chat client “live engage” (a
product produced by the company live person called live in gauge) is I
would say 90 percent accessible on chrome.

There are a few arrows that don’t have alternative text for them, and I’m
working my way through them.

And yesterday I couldn’t and a chat, but I think that was due to my lack
of jaws keystrokes in later versions.

Last night me and the help files became familiar with each other again..

The end chat button is found under VE Arrow next to your email address or
username if your organization doesn’t use email addresses for Simon.

It is possible to click the button, because somehow I accidentally ended
a chat yesterday, so when I figure that out I’ll write up a quick guide
for anyone who needs it.

Hope everyone’s having a great Friday.

Oh yeah, and I reminded myself about frames, and I’m excited to implement
them within the chat program. That’s going to save a lot of headache too.
Especially, since I think I read I can copy the text within a frame…
Which is information that I need for my Notes anyways…

With my best regards

So using quick settings and finding the word “copy, and changing that to the
setting that allows copying from the virtual viewer did work for me to select
and copy text for the most part in chrome.

Now I’m just got some live person issues to figure out.

But that’s a totally different beast.

Yes I have this problem. I can't seem to copy anything while using chrome. I
hope that you get an answer for this. I want to see it too. In the meantime, I
use a work around. I clear speech history by pressing cap lock, space bar, then
shift H. that clears the speech history. Then I read the text to be copied.
Then go to speech history by pressing cap lock, spacebar, h. then copy the
speech history. It is cumbersome but it does work. I hope you get a better
solution to our problem.

It also looks like you're voice dictating, you might want to proof what you
have written, especially with a new job. I always have to do that for myself in

The new job is freaking amazing!
I say that, because I have yet to come across any "in accessible" tool.
I am learning more about flexible web, to make my job a hell of a lot easier,
and eventually I'll be substantially faster than any other agent on the floor.
But, we have a slight issue!

Good job consists of a lot of copying and pasting, while switching between
windows.
Which is OK, except yesterday we noticed that when I selected text in chrome,
and pressed control seat, that text was not copied to the clipboard.
The trainer sitting next to me said that she saw me highlight the text, but
when we posted in notepad, the last object prior to meet selecting the text
from the webpage and copying it was what was posted.
We are running the latest version of windows 10 (I think now I need to look).
And jars version 2018. (Again today I'm going to check for update).
Has anyone came crossed the control see keystroke not copying text, and if so,
how did you fix it?
IT is open to doing whatever I need them to do in order to make me successful,
it helps that there are people on my team that I work with seven years ago
while taking calls for sprint and the software was not even 25 percent as
accessible as the software as were using now. Oh, and the kind of might have
chatted our team lead up, and said once I'm set in my ways I'll be as
productive if not more productive than any other team member. Also sidenote,
live person the chat client "live engage" (a product produced by the company
live person called live in gauge) is I would say 90 percent accessible on
chrome.
There are a few arrows that don't have alternative text for them, and I'm
working my way through them.
And yesterday I couldn't and a chat, but I think that was due to my lack of
jaws keystrokes in later versions.
Last night me and the help files became familiar with each other ag..
The end chat button is found under VE Arrow next to your email address or
username if your organization doesn't use email addresses for Simon.
It is possible to click the button, because somehow I accidentally ended a chat
yesterday, so when I figure that out I'll write up a quick guide for anyone who
needs it.
Hope everyone's having a great Friday.
Oh yeah, and I reminded myself about frames, and I'm excited to implement them
within the chat program. That's going to save a lot of headache too.
Especially, since I think I read I can copy the text within a frame... Which is
information that I need for my Notes anyways...

With my best regards

Hi there! You can resolve this issue very easily. When you are in Chrome,
press Insert plus V to pull up your quick settings. Then type copy in the
search box. You should have an option that comes up saying something like
select copy f;ulll content. You need to change this option by pressing the
spacebar to copy from virtual cursor. Give this a try, and see if it resolves
this problem.

Don't forget about virtualizing your window, insert alt w.
You can select and copy text this way also.

Hey there everyone.

The new job is freaking amazing!

I say that, because I have yet to come across any “in accessible“ tool.

I am learning more about flexible web, to make my job a hell of a lot easier,
and eventually I’ll be substantially faster than any other agent on the floor.

(Again today I’m going to check for update).

Oh, and the kind of might have
chatted our team lead up, and said once I’m set in my ways I’ll be as
productive if not more productive than any other team member. Also sidenote,
live person the chat client “live engage” (a product produced by the company
live person called live in gauge) is I would say 90 percent accessible on
chrome.

There are a few arrows that don’t have alternative text for them, and I’m
working my way through them.

And yesterday I couldn’t and a chat, but I think that was due to my lack of
jaws keystrokes in later versions.

Last night me and the help files became familiar with each other again..

The end chat button is found under VE Arrow next to your email address or
username if your organization doesn’t use email addresses for Simon.

It is possible to click the button, because somehow I accidentally ended a chat
yesterday, so when I figure that out I’ll write up a quick guide for anyone who
needs it.

Hope everyone’s having a great Friday.

Oh yeah, and I reminded myself about frames, and I’m excited to implement them
within the chat program. That’s going to save a lot of headache too.
Especially, since I think I read I can copy the text within a frame… Which is
information that I need for my Notes anyways…
