Many of us old timers can suggest to younger folks that we have come a long way and yet many organizations still do not understand our needs but in many instances, our suggestions can help lead the way. Is there any error message when it crashes? I do not think it has anything to do with amount of RAM. I think that it has to do with some aspect of the interaction between JAWS and Outlook. For me, it doesn't happen often, and the occurrence seems to be random, when opening up a message. I am not sure if the size of the message, or the client that was used to send the message has anything to do with it. When this happends, jaws stops speeking and will not allow me to do anything. The only way to get things working again, I have to kill jaws using the dump command and reload.
